Luz knocks on Amity's door.
"Hello?" Amity says, dropping her "Good witch Azura" book and opening to door. "Sweet potato!!" She hugs Amity. "L-luz?" What are you doing here?..."
"I just thought I'd drop by." Luz says.
"Ohhh no. Today is the anniversary of my parents getting married and every year they get really weird on this day."
Okay that explains how weird they were to me earlier... Luz thinks to herself.
"Oh! Well, I'm sorry. I can leave-"
"NO! no... Don't be sorry. I'm sure they will be fine."
"Okay." Luz says as she sighs, about to say something.
"I've been wanting to ask since we got together, I've never had anyone share my interests, I'm really exited for this-will you watch the good witch Azura movie with me??"
"Yes!!!" Amity says, as her face gets red. Like, really, really red.
"I'll go get some popcorn," Luz says. She kisses Amity on the cheek and leaves. Odalia comes upstairs and hands Luz the popcorn. "Uhhhhh...." Luz says, confused. "Here's the popcorn, for your mov-ee or whatever you humans call it." How did she know....?? Luz thinks to herself.
Whatever. "Thank you," Luz says.
"That was... way too quick. What happened?!" Amity says, concerned. "Your mom just kinda handed me the popcorn."
"Uh, but how would she know we needed it that fast?"
"Maybe she was spying on us. Weird."
"Well, I don't know, but let's just go watch the movie."
The two of them held hands and then crafted a television.
"It's almost insane the things you can make with abomination goo and glass." Amity says. They both laughed together.
