Part 5: The Date

At 7 A.M. on Saturday, Calista woke up early to get dressed. She put on a slight shade of pink blush and some mascara. She chose a pink plaid dress.

Looked into the mirror, she is not very confident.

"This DarkDom seems very cool..." She thought to herself, "I have never seen anyone like this... He seems different..."

Slowly walking towards the shopping mall, she is feeling nervous. Her heart is beating so fast. Her palms are getting cold.

She bit her lower lip unconsciously.

Calista looked around. She saw happy family going shopping leisurely, carefree children holding ice cream, and loving couples locking arms. Everyone seems to be enjoying this moment. What a nice day. But she did not see anyone that looked like "DarkDom."

Calista could not see his full face on his profile pic. He only showed his jaw line, from an angle where she could only peek one of his eyes. He seems mysterious.

"I'm here" She sent a message to him.
"Good. Where are you?" He replied.
"In front of the mall"
"Could you walk to the building next to the mall? Do you see lots of cars lined up? I'm one of them."

Calista walked out. A few minutes later. She saw many cars waiting there.

"A red Tesla." Another notification lit up her phone.

Shocked, Calista saw it.

She has never saw such a nice car in her neighborhood growing up, and her parents don't drive. Now it makes Calista more nervous. She feels like this guy might be rich. "Maybe he is out of my league..." Calista thought.

He rolled down the window, waving at her from the street. She saw him.
