As they watched the children enjoy the treats, Hamza turned to  Ayla with a look of surprise. "I have to admit, I didn't expect you to be so generous. I thought you were...arrogant."

Ayla raised an eyebrow. "Arrogant? What made you think that?"

Hamza hesitated, recalling the incident. "I called your office to schedule an appointment, and your staff told me to call back on Monday. I got the impression you were too busy or important to see me."

Ayla's expression softened. "I remember that day. I had just performed a difficult surgery on actress Bella, and I was exhausted. My mom, who handles my schedule, knew I wasn't up to seeing patients, so she turned you away."

Hamza looked surprised. "I had no idea. I thought you were just being...difficult."

Ayla chuckled. "Difficult? Me? Never." She smiled wryly. "Okay, maybe sometimes. But not that day. I was just trying to recover from a long surgery."

Hamza nodded, feeling a little embarrassed. "I apologize for misjudging you. You're not what I expected."

Ayla smiled. "I think that's a good thing."

Ayla's expression turned concerned. "So, what was the reason for your appointment? Do you have a heart problem?"

Hamza's face turned serious. "No, it's not me. It's my Dadijaan...my grandmother. She's having heart problems and needs a serious surgery. I was trying to schedule a consultation with you to discuss her options."

Ayla's eyes filled with compassion. "I'm so sorry to hear that. I had no idea. Please, tell me more about her condition."

Hamza nodded, grateful for her concern. "She's been experiencing severe chest pain and shortness of breath. The local doctors said she needs a heart bypass surgery, but we're not sure if that's the best option. That's why I wanted to consult with you."

Ayla's expression turned thoughtful. "I see. Well, let's get your Dadijaan's medical records and I'll review them. We can discuss the best course of action for her."

Hamza's face lit up with gratitude. "Thank you, Dr. Ayla. I really appreciate it."

Hamza got up and walked to the car, returning with a thick file in his hand. "Here's Dadijaan's medical report, Dr. Ayla."

Ayla took the file and sat down on a nearby bench, her eyes scanning the pages intently. Hamza sat down beside her, watching as she reviewed the reports.

As Ayla was  reviewing Dadijaan's medical records. Her eyes scanned the pages, her expression growing more serious with each passing moment.

Hamza waited anxiously, watching as  Ayla's face fell. "What is it?" he asked, feeling a sense of trepidation.

Ayla looked up, her eyes filled with concern. "It's not a bypass surgery she needs, Hamza. Her condition is more complex than that."

Hamza's heart sank. "What do you mean?"

Ayla hesitated, choosing her words carefully. "Dadijaan has a rare heart condition, one that mimics the symptoms of a heart that needs a bypass. But the actual problem is with her heart's mitral valve. It's a more delicate procedure, but one that can be fixed."

Hamza's eyes widened in surprise. "So, there's hope?"

Ayla nodded. "Yes, there is. We can perform a minimally invasive surgery to repair the valve. It's a complex procedure, but I've done it before. I'm confident we can help her."

Hamza felt a wave of relief wash over him. "Thank you, Dr. Ayla. Thank you so much."

After a few moments, Ayla looked up, her expression thoughtful. "Hamza, I think we should run some additional tests to confirm the diagnosis."
