Hamza sat on his couch, lost in thought, his mind wandering to Ayla. He couldn't help but smile as he remembered their time together at the orphanage. He imagined her bright smile, her infectious laugh, and her compassionate eyes.
Just as he was getting lost in his daydream, his phone rang, breaking the spell. He hesitated for a moment before answering.
"Hey, man," his best friend, Ali, said without waiting for a greeting. "Rachael has an update on the scenario. You need to think calmly and not be revengeful, okay?"
Hamza's instincts kicked in, and he felt a surge of defensiveness. But then he took a deep breath and stopped Ali.
"Wait, Ali. I didn't plan on seeking revenge anymore. I've been thinking...and I've met someone."
There was a pause on the other end of the line. "Someone? Who is it?"
Hamza's smile returned. "Her name is Ayla. She's...different from what I have thought previously. And I think I might be falling for her."
Ali's curiosity got the better of him. "Hamza, how did it happen? You've been so focused on your Dadijaan's treatment, and then...this. How did you fall in love with Dr. Ayla?"
Hamza chuckled, feeling a warmth spread through his chest. "I don't know, Ali. It just happened. I think it was the way she cared for Dadijaan, the way she listened to me, the way she understood me. And then we started talking, and I realized we have so much in common."
Ali's voice was filled with amusement. "And I'm sure her beautiful smile and piercing eyes had nothing to do with it?"
Hamza laughed. "Maybe a little, Ali. But seriously, it's more than that. I feel like I can be myself around her, like I don't have to put on a mask. And she makes me feel seen and heard in a way no one else ever has."
Hamza's voice overflowed with enthusiasm. " You know Ali, it's love at first sight! Spending the day with her was like a dream come true. She's not only stunning but also kind-hearted and compassionate. As the daughter of a tycoon and a renowned doctor, she could have easily been consumed by her privileged upbringing. Instead, she finds joy in making others happy. Being around her is like basking in pure sunshine - it brightens up my entire world!"
Ali's concern was palpable. "Hamza, slow down! You've just met her. Don't rush into anything. Think it through, buddy."
Hamza's response was laced with conviction and a hint of humor. "Ali, when I'm with her, time stands still. Even a lifetime won't be enough to satiate my desire to be with her. I know it sounds crazy, but I feel it deep within my soul."
Ali chuckled, amused by his friend's fervor. "Okay, okay, I get it! You're head over heels!"
Hamza's tone turned serious, his voice filled with determination. "Ali, get ready to welcome your bhabhi into our family. I've found the one, and I'm not letting her go."
Ali's surprise was evident. "Whoa, Hamza! You're really serious about this, aren't you?"
Hamza's response was unwavering. "Dead serious, Ali. I know it's fast, but I know what I want. And what I want is to spend forever making her happy.
Ali's curiosity got the better of him. "But Hamza, does Ayla feel the same way? Does she love you too?"
Hamza's smile faltered for a moment before he replied, "Honestly, I don't know yet. But I'm confident she will soon. I mean, why wouldn't she?"
Ali chuckled. "And why wouldn't she, indeed? You're not exactly a catch, bro!"
Hamza laughed, his confidence unwavering. "Hey, watch it! Your brother is not less handsome and successful, you know. I've got a charm that's hard to resist."
