3rd POV - Forest
Lo'ak didn't need to look up to know his big sister was there.
Not Kiri but Partvi or Luc as he liked to call her. She walked where he was sitting and sat down next to him, having their feet hanging off the highest tree branch.
"I didn't pass." He stated sadly looking down.
"I know." She responded softly.
"Neteyam passed on his first try." He said as he looked angry and sad.
"So?" If she was someone else, she would have wondered why he didn't want to be like his big brother, but she wasn't someone else.
She was his older sister, his mother figure, his everything, his darkness, his moon, his missy, his protector, his manipulative older sister, his possessive and protective older sister, his sociopath.
She was his 'miss know everything' meaning she knew everything about him and he knew everything about her.
"Because you know 'so'." He responded to still being angry but not letting her be the direct target of his anger.
"Yes. I do know the 'so'. But so, what if he passed on his first try?" She paused, grabbing his hand, "I know you were very excited but the irkan wasn't for you. It was too young. Your bond would have been toxic if you did bond with them." She examined his other hand where he had injured himself.
"Next time you have to be there." He looked at her relaxing under her soft gentle touch.
She nodded her head and responded, "I will." Silently telling him with her eyes that it was a promise.
He nodded and wrapped his arms around her waist, picking her up and going to climb down the tree.
"Can I stay with you tonight?" He asked as he placed her down on the floor, holding her hand.
"You think your parents will be ok with it?" She asks knowing Neytiri hates her, basically wishing she would die and Jake not really liking her.
"My parents don't care, father is with Netyam hunting and mother is with Kiri teaching her how to become Tashik." He said as he signed through his nose pulling both Luc towards their spot.
"Ok. Whatever you want, bambino." She responded to him letting him pull her through the woods.
"Wait you said Kiri is with her mother and Netyam is with his father, where is Little Tuk?" She wondered where the youngest Sully was at, just because she didn't like Neytiri or Jake and didn't talk to Netyam or Kiri didn't mean she doesn't talk and have a relationship with Tuk.
"She is with grandmother tonight." Lo'ak responded to her knowing she cared for Tuk because she was still a baby.
She hummed and passed Lo'ak with her now pulling him.
When they arrived at a tall tree, they climbed up and arrived at their home.
Their home is a hut made out of wood; it's in one of the tallest trees in the forest.
It's hidden in plain sight, and nobody can see it.
When they climb in there is a net right away allowing them in, there is a hammock, more net and pillows that Parvati brought from the base, then there is a huge opening with grass covering it.
When walking further into the hut there is fruit, animal meat, and spices for flavor. Further there are materials for clothes, nets and different materials for weapon making, there is a box of beads that Lo'ak found and gave to Luc.
