A bucket of cold water tipped over my head, I couldn't hold the groan that escaped my lips at the harsh temperature. "Answer the question" Knox yelled gripping my neck to face him "I did" I whispered not being able to breath let alone speak with his vice grip on my neck.

He scoffed letting go of my neck harshly, I let my head hang as he continued to pace in front of me "He didn't send me here. I already told you I ran away" my bones screamed from being tied on the chair in the same position for so long, I couldn't bring myself to care I felt tired, I'm exhausted, I'm tired of trying to make everyone see reason, I'm tired of trying to be better. There are some days I wish that I would have just left it all, I wish I would have ran and not taken my dad down with me.

Yet I couldn't help but feel grateful; apart from a few cold plunges, threats, and rough grips, they hadn't really hurt me. I knew Zach had something to do with this, even though I hadn't seen him since they brought me here yesterday.

My heart wants to scream out and to let the sobs rack through my body till I pass out again but my mind is just tired, tired of worrying what's going to happen, tired of worrying what's going to happen to my dad, tired of thinking about Zach and what he's feeling, tired of thinking where he might be.

"Kill me"

He stopped pacing turning to take a look at me I lifted my head to look at him to show him the pain in my eyes, the pain I have felt and carried for too long.

"Just kill me please" I begged yet again, my body screamed as my mind was left in silence. "Now why would I want to do that when I didn't get what I wanted from you" Knox sneered grabbing my face in his hand and squeezing.

A sudden bang was heard from the basement door being slammed open, Ezra came down the stairs followed by Anderson. "Did you find out anything?" he spoke addressing the pair, "She's telling you the truth" Ezra spoke looking back at me concern and regret could be seen clear in their eyes.

"Then why do you look so worried?" Knox spoke glaring at them, Ezra sighed looking back at Anderson who looked just as worried as Ezra. "He knows where she is, they want us to trade" my heart dropped in my stomach, I fought against the restraints begging for them to release me.

"You cannot do this. I told you the truth" I screamed at them I tugged at my hands trying to shake the restraints from my wrist, as I continued to wiggle till I started to feel the restraints coming lose. Ezra came in front of me just as I was able to get my hands free I swung my feet which had not be bound sending him flying into Knox.

Anderson rushed over to help them up, I took this as my chance, I hurriedly ran over to the table grabbing two big knives, a pair of handcuffs and three guns that were set out to be used to scare me. "What are you doing?" Ezra yelled from behind me, three sets of eyes stared at me "Stay back" I screamed pointing a gun at them while the rest of the weapons sat heavy in my waist band.

"Move to the corner" they did as I asked "On your knees" I continued to instruct them, a wave of nausea hit me, I gripped my stomach trying to ease the pain. I threw the pair of handcuffs at them "Ezra and Knox put these on, Anderson grab the rope and tie yourself with it" they did as I asked them to do but that still didn't ease my fear.

It's either that or wait for Andrés to come find me, I took a breath, it was now or never. I moved over to the stairs keeping my gun raised towards them, there was no chance I would be turning my back against them, they're barely restrained and they have a couple of pounds on me.

As I hit the final step I turned opening the door, in my haste to bolt out of there I ended up running into a brick wall as I rounded the corner. I cried out as I made contact with the ground, losing my grip on the gun I had in my hand.

"Isabella, what are you doing here?" I looked up from my search of the floor to see Jeremiah standing over me, he looked pale as he gripped the side of his waist, I looked away from him finally setting my eyes on the gun that sat next to his feet.

He looked in between me and the gun, confusion could be seen clear in his eyes "Why do you have a gun?" he questioned, reaching down to grab it with great difficulty. I didn't give him the chance instead rushing over to grab it myself, I raised the weapon towards him "Get back Jer" I spoke getting up from the floor, my back smashed against the wall.

"You don't have to do this Bell"

Anderson spoke coming up from beside me, I reached into my waist bend grabbing the other gun, I pointed one towards the trio, and the other to Jeremiah, begging them to get back. "Where is she?" a scream was heard throughout the house, a voice I have grown to love. Zach came into view, I gasped shocked, his face is littered with bruises. Who did this to him?

"Babygirl lower the gun" I shook my head finally letting the tears I had bottled up roll down my face, I wanted to trust him, I really did, but I couldn't not after his motorcycle club had me in their basement not less than 5 minutes ago. "Don't do it" I yelled waving my gun at Knox as he tried to advance on me.

"I can fix this babygirl just give me a chance" he spoke moving forward, he wrapped his hand around the gun lowering it down.

"We're not going to harm you. I won't let them"
