I'm starting this stupid car.  We have been on the road for what feels like forever. I sat next to Glenn as we played cards when we felt the R.V. come to a stop. "Oh jeez." We hear Dale say. "What?" Glenn gets up from his seat. "See a way through?" Dale asks him. "Uh, maybe we should just go back. There's an interstate bypass--" Glenn says. "Can we spare the fuel," I ask trying to be more involved in the conversation. I hated being treated and talked to like a child. Glenn Rick Dale and Daryl are the only ones who see me as a person, not a baby. "Lottie please we are trying to figure this out" Andrea says as she took apart her gun. "Andrea she has a good point here, we dont have the extra gas ttp make that trip." Dale said looking at me in the rearview mirror.

We all get out of the car to stretch our legs so that Dale could look at the R.V.'s engine.  "Problem, Dale?" Shane questions, while looking around a small smirk on his face. "Just a small matter of being stuck in the middle of nowhere with no hope of--" Dale stops when he sees the large number of vehicles behind the group, "Okay, that was dumb." He says. "If you can't find a radio hose here..." Shane says. "There's a whole bunch of stuff we can find." Daryl speaks while searching though a car. "I can siphon more fuel from these cars for a start." T-Dog points. "Maybe some water or food." Glenn adds. "I dont know how I feel about this, I mean this is a graveyard." Lori said clutching Carols hand. "Everywhere is now, we don't have much of a choice, Lori" I said before I followed behind Rick.

We walked slowly past each car, peeking our heads through shattered windows, praying to find anything—food, water, medicine. The silence was deafening, broken only by the soft crunch of debris under our feet. Just then, I saw it: a dead family slumped in the truck in front of us. My breath hitched.

"Rick!" I whisper-shouted, panic seizing my voice. Before the words fully left my lips, a guttural moan rose around us. A herd of walkers emerged from the shadows, their dead eyes locking onto us with a hunger that made my blood run cold.

Rick and I locked eyes, a silent scream passing between us. I moved to run to him, but a rough hand yanked me down. Daryl.

"Get under a car, now," he hissed, his eyes wide with urgency before he sprinted off to make sure everyone else knew what was coming. Heart pounding, I scrambled under the nearest car, my hands trembling as I pulled myself into the narrow space.

Relief washed over me when I saw Glenn huddled with Shane under a nearby car. But the relief was fleeting. The darkness seemed to close in around me, and the tight space under the car felt like it was shrinking. My breaths came quicker, shallower. I tried to slow them down, but my chest tightened, my vision blurred.

Glenn's eyes met mine, his face pale but determined. He put a finger to his lips, signaling for me to stay quiet. I nodded, pressing a shaking hand over my mouth to stifle my terrified breaths. But the panic was rising, unstoppable, like a tidal wave. My heart pounded so loudly I was sure the walkers could hear it.

The world spun, and a loud ringing filled my ears. My vision tunneled, narrowing to the point where all I could see was Glenn's concerned face. He mouthed something to me, but I couldn't make it out. The noise, the fear, the claustrophobia—it was too much.

Glenn's gaze never wavered from mine, his eyes filled with a desperate worry that mirrored my own. I tried to focus on his face, to draw strength from his calmness. But the walkers' moans grew louder, closer, and the darkness pressed in from all sides. My breaths became ragged gasps, each one feeling like it might be my last.

The darkness enveloped me, swallowing my senses. When I finally came to, the first thing I noticed was the muffled silence. The sound of my own breath echoed in my ears, slower now but still unsteady. The second thing was the tight grip on my hand. I blinked, my vision clearing to see Rick beside me, his face tense but relieved as he realized I was awake.
