The group spent 5 more minutes in the av club room discussing what dart may be,Dustin trying to prove he "discovered a new species" when the bell rung and they all rushed out and started walking to class."we gotta show mr Clark!" Mike said walking alongside the rest of the party, with Will looking a bit miffed. Dustin was skeptical, "No way, he'll steal my discovery!" Lucas chimed in with a different perspective, "Dude, he doesn't want your slimy frog?" Gwen added her two cents, "Yeah, I don't think he's interested in your frog,Dustin" as she scoffed. As the group navigated through the crowded halls, Gwen noticed Will zoning out. She was just about to approach him and ask if he was okay when Max's interjection interrupted her thoughts, "Gwen, come on!" Max stood there, waiting for Gwen, while Lucas, Mike, and Dustin continued walking ahead. Gwen hesitated for a moment, looking back at Will and then at Max before finally calling out, "Coming!" and hurrying to catch up with Max.

Once class ended, the party, along with Max, rushed to their lockers to put away their books. Gwen,Dustin,Lucas and max swiftly made their way to Mister Clark's class, with Gwen glancing back and shouting, "Mike, Will, come on!" Mike called out in response, "Hold on!" They waited for Will to finish putting the last of his things in his locker.Dustin, Lucas, Max, and Gwen hustled into Mister Clark's classroom and immediately set the ghostbusters trap on his desk. Mister Clark eyed the contraption questioningly and asked, "Um, so does it open?" Dustin confidently responded, "Yes, but it's not about what's on the outside, it's about what's on the inside." Before opening it up, Dustin quickly added, "Just to clarify, this is MY discovery. I found it, not you."Lucas chimed in, exasperated, "Jesus, Dustin, just show him. He's not gonna steal your discovery!" Dustin retorted, still defensive, "I'm just making sure." Gwen, always the mediator, urged, "Dustin!"

The whole scene suddenly escalated when Mike and Will burst into the room. With a hasty apology to Mister Clark, Mike snatched the ghostbusters contraption, claiming it was just a prank. An angry Dustin protested, "Mike, what the hell are you doing!?" In a swift move, Mike dashed out of the room, yelling "Av club!" Confused, Gwen exclaimed, "Mike, what!?" Mike's voice echoed from outside, shouting urgently, "Now!" Caught off guard, Gwen, Max, Lucas, and Dustin quickly followed Mike and Will.In the Av club room, Mike made Max sit outside and locked the door, preventing her from entering. Max pounded on the door and pleaded, "Guys, come on, can I come in yet?" Mike firmly yelled back, "No!" Gwen voiced her frustration, "My god, Mike, just let her in!" Mike stood his ground, declaring, "No, party members only!" Lucas then inquired, "Wait, so you're saying Will saw something that looked like Dart last year?" Will confirmed, "Kinda, but it didn't have a tail."Dustin chimed in, "And none of this is happening to you, Gwen," addressing her situation. Gwen asserted, "No, nothing at all. I was cleared by Dr. Owens. I'm fine."Mike continued, "But then Will heard it again yesterday – the exact same sound." Dustin exclaimed, "So why didn't you say anything before?" Will explained, hesitantly, "I wasn't sure." Dustin dismissed it as a coincidence. Mike interjected, "What if it's not? What if Will  acquired true sight when he was stuck in the Upside Down?" 

Gwen questioned, "True sight?" Dustin explained the concept, and Lucas demanded further elaboration. Mike voiced their theory, "What if these episodes Will keeps having aren't really flashbacks at all? What if Will can somehow see into the Upside Down?" Lucas nodded, piecing it together, and Gwen followed, "So Dart is from the Upside Down." Lucas sighed, "We have to take him to Hopper." Mike concurred, "I agree." However, Dustin vehemently protested, "No, no, no way."Dustin passionately asserted, "We take the him to Hopper, and he's as good as dead!" Mike bluntly replied, "Maybe he should be dead." Gwen interjected, "How can you say that? He's from the Upside Down." Dustin argued, "Yeah, well, just because he's from there doesn't automatically make him bad." Mike countered, "Oh, my God, that's like saying just cause someone is from the Darkstar, they're bad." Dustin retorted, "Well we have a bond!" Mike questioned, "Really? Just cause he likes nuget?!"  Dustin clarified, "No, because he trusts me!" Lucas questioned, "He trusts you?"Suddenly, the group heard a loud screech from the trap, and they all started backing away. Max was still banging on the door from outside. The five grew even more nervous as they watched Dustin. Mike gripped a small lamp, preparing to defend himself. "Don't hurt him!" Dustin pleading. Mike retorted, "Only if he attacks!" Gwen yelled, "Just open it!" Hesitantly, Dustin did so, and Dart rolled out of the trap, now doubled in size. Lucas exclaimed, "Holy shit!" Dart began growing another set of legs. "Holy shit!" Lucas cried out again. Gwen snatched the lamp From mikewas about to hit Dart with it, but Dustin screamed "no!" and grabbed her arm, preventing her from striking.

Dart rolled off the table and made a dash for the closed door. As Max opened it, it startled Dart, causing him to flee out the door. Max exclaimed, "What the..." before Dustin, Lucas, and Gwen rushed out after Dart, trying to capture it. In the frenzy, Dustin accidentally fell on Max, while Lucas tripped and fell, inadvertently bringing Gwen down on top of him. Mike and Will followed them out of the room in a mad dash.
