The forest was cloaked in a heavy silence as the four companions gathered around the freshly turned earth of Valor's grave. The sun dipped below the horizon, casting long shadows over the somber assembly.

Yorbor, the high elf with silver hair and solemn eyes, stood with her hands clasped in silent prayer. Her heart ached as she stared at the engraved stone marker bearing Valor's name.

Woods, the rugged male with a deep connection to the woods, kept his gaze on the ground, his usually strong demeanor softened by grief. The natural world around them seemed to echo his sorrow.

ARI, the BIRD THING IDFK with feathers of gold and blue, perched on a low branch nearby, her wings folded tightly as she mourned in silence. The wind carried her soft, sorrowful hums as she stared at the grave.

As the last rays of light faded, a faint sound broke the oppressive quiet—rustling, as if the forest itself was whispering. The party turned, their hearts leaping with a mixture of hope and dread.

From the shadows emerged Valor himself, though his form was ethereal and faint, a ghostly apparition bathed in a soft, otherworldly glow. His once-vibrant armor was now a shimmering, translucent echo of its former self.

Yor's eyes widened with tears as she took a hesitant step forward. "Valor? Is it truly you?"

Valor, his voice like a distant echo, smiled gently. "It is I, valor. I came to say farewell one last time."

Woods clenched his fists, struggling to maintain his composure. "You always knew how to make an entrance, even in death."

ari fluttered down, her feathers bristling with a mix of awe and sadness. "You were a beacon in the darkest times. I never imagined we'd see you again like this."

Valor nodded, his gaze sweeping over each of his companions. "I am grateful for the chance to speak with you once more. My time is short, but I wanted to leave you with these final words."

As he spoke, the air seemed to thrum with the magic of his presence, and for a brief, fleeting moment, the pain of loss was tempered by the comfort of his final farewell.
