*at the bar*
The night was fun as the young teens are gathered here for a simple celebration.
"I wish the night was fun, hindi ba tayo malalasing diyan sa ginawa natin?" Joseph said with confusion as he asked Nino.
"Hindi naman eh... uuwi din tayo after the fun...anyways, pupunta ba si Belle dito?" Nino answered him back.
Joseph was about to answer the question but then, Belle entered the bar and greeted her.
"Hi Belle, buti nandito ka...akala ko hindi ka matutuloy eh..." Joseph said to her.
"Hehehe, akala mo lang...anyways, is Mae and Christine there? Narinig ko na nandito din sila eh..." Belle said to him.
"Oo naman..." Joseph said to her and left.
*at the drinking side*
"Hi Belle, we miss you na...it has been a while..." Her childhood friends, Mae and Christine greeted her. They were friends with Belle until her 8th grade right before she moved to America.
"Hey girls, it is so bored here...gusto niyo ba, karaoke or billards?" Belle asked them.
"Billards nalang tapos karaoke naman...ano tara? And also, do you want a drink before we can go?" Mae asked her.
"No thank you muna, ayoko lang malasing..." Belle replied to her and went to the game.
*at the couch*
"Hey bro, you should just give a drink to the girl sitting there, not having fun or baka may something sa inyong dalawa..." Leo said to Joseph.
"W-wala naman, Leo, baka wala lang sa mood..." Joseph said to him.
After sometime, Leo handed 2 glass of cocktails to Joseph. One for him and one for the girl sitting on the couch.
*with Joseph*
"Hi Rowena, gusto mo ba uminom? Or gusto mong magbillards or karaoke..." Joseph asked her as he handed her the glass of cocktail.
"I don't have the mood to drink cocktail, mamaya, nakakalasing yan sakin. And...billards? I-I don't know that game..." Rowena said to him.
"Hindi ka ba naglalaro ng 8 ball pool, bata or matanda, naglalaro yan eh...at isa pa, hindi nakakalasing ang cocktail na yan, sige na, inumin mo na yan..." Joseph said to her.
"Ok, if you say so..." She said and takes sips of cocktail.
*at the billard game*
"Hey girls, do you want something to drink, I have cocktails for you to drink." Ashley, one of Anne's friends asked her.
"Cocktails? I don't want to...hindi maganda sakin yan baka magkakasakit ako nito eh..." Belle replied to her.
"They taste like juice, sige na please..." Ashley said giving puppy eyes to Belle.
Without any other words, Belle drank the whole glass of cocktail and moments later, she felt something not good.
"Belle, ok ka lang?" Mae asked her.
"What did she f*cking put something on my drink? I need to use the restroom..." Belle said to her and quickly run to the restroom.
*with the boys*
"Wow bro! I just love the cocktails, gusto niyo ba? Order ulit ako..." Leo said to them.
"Well, I don't know what is taking Rowena so long sa CR, baka naman, sumakit yung tiyan niya dahil sa ininom natin?" Joseph said to him.
"Cocktail?! Nakakasakit?! Baka, ayaw niya lang yung lasa..." Leo said to him as he saw Rowena leaving the restroom.
"Babe, ok ka lang ba?" Joseph asked as he ran to her.
"Mukha ba akong ok diyan Joseph? Nasusuka ako dahil sa cocktail na yan, and...and... I cannot go home like that na parang lasing ako!!!" Rowena said to him and walk back to the seat.
"Babe, I know-" His sentence was cut when he saw her sleeping on the table.
"Babe? Babe! Ok ka lang ba?" Joseph said to her.
"Why, what is wrong?" Nino asked him.
"Parang lasing siya eh...iuwi na natin siya, baka magalit pa magulang niya eh..." Joseph said to him.
"Iuwi mo na lang kaya muna siya sa bahay niyo...tas pauwiin mo siya bukas...sige, kukunin ko yung sasakyan." Nino said to him and left.
"Uyyy, Nino, uuwi ka na ba? Take a drink muna ok lang?" Leo said to him.
"Sorry, I need to go na lang...magmamaneho kasi ako eh..." Nino said as he went to the car.
*moments later*
*at Joseph's house*
"We are here..." Joseph said to himself.
"Are you sure this is a better idea? What if, nakita ka nang nanay mo?" Nino whispered to him in the ear.
Before Joseph could answer, he went in the house without making any noise and luckily, only the maids were there, his siblings were asleep and his parents were away for a business trip.
"Wala nanay ko, nasa Boracay sila for 2 months." Joseph said to him.
"Sige na, ikaw na bahala sa kanya ah...uuwi na ako kasi, malakas din yung ulan ngayon..." Nino said to him and left.
*the next day*
"Hi babe, good morning..." Joseph greeted Rowena with a smile.
"What the-, anong ginagawa ko dito sa bahay mo!!!" Rowena said to him and smacked the pillow on his face.
"Uyyy, Joseph, bakit parang may narinig akong babaeng sumigaw? Nag-uwi ka yata ng chix noh?" Felix, Joseph's brother asked him.
"Hi kuya, hindi ako yung girlfriend ni Joseph, inuwi niya ako dahil pagod ako." She said to him.
"Ehhh, bakit hindi ka umuwi sa bahay mo? Sige na, kumain ka muna before ka umuwi." Felix said to her.
*moments later*
"Where have you been anak?!?!?! Medyo nag-aalala ako sayo!!!" Her mother asked her as her daughter went home.
"N-nasa may mga kaibigan lang ako, what is wrong about that mom?" Rowena said to her mom.
"Sino? Si Joseph nanaman?! From now on, ayoko ko nang makita na you are bonding with the man ok? Paano kung may nangyari sayo?" Her mother said to her and continued "Go to your room muna para makapagpahinga ka na anak."
"But mom-"
"No buts, Rowena, please, follow me and you are not allowed to be with Joseph na ah..." Her mother said to her.
