||~Angel~||
Angel opened his eyes slowly, groaning at the bright light blinding his vision. His eyes raked around the room. Where was he?
He turned his head slightly, and a thing of red hair met his face. He smiled slightly, relaxing now at the sight of his sleeping buck.
Angel wrapped Alastor's arm around him, tucking himself close to the stag. He rested his head against his chest. "Mio cervo." He whispered, kissing Alastor's jaw as he slept. Alastor let out a soft groan, pulling the arachnid closer. Angel snuggled into him, chasing after the warmth only Alastor could provide.

A door opened, and Angel looked up. Husk stood there, mouth wide open as he held a baby in his arms. "Angel?" He sat down beside the hospital bed. But whatever Husk said was tuned out of Angel's ears when he realized that was his baby in Husk's hands.
He reached out, "My baby." He whispered. Husk understood and gently placed the sleeping doe in Angel's arms.

Angel's eyes watered as he stared at his beautiful daughter. His one-of-a-kind, gorgeous, daughter.

The doe's eyes opened, and she cooed. She began to let out static-noised giggles. "Yeah, she does that." Husk said for Angel, who opened his mouth to ask about it. The arachnid closed his mouth, smiling. "She's perfect." He whispered, hugging his baby close to his chest. The doe played with his chest fluff, then tugged on Alastor's ear, who let out a static screech.

His head jolted up, radio dials circling in his eyes. "WHO-" He looked at Angel and his baby, the radio dials disappearing from his eyes. "Angel..." His smile wobbled at the edges. "Hey.. hey, its okay, Al." He wrapped his free arm around the stag, pulling him closer. "We're okay."
Alastor kissed his beau's face, then rested his head against the spider's shoulder as he watched his newborn play with Zahid the shadow.

Zahid let out a soft hiss, neon blue smile wide. "Yes, yes. I know, Zahid. She is perfect, just like her mother." Alastor said. Angel's face flushed slightly.

"I'm gonna go." Husk got up, dusting his overalls off. "Your baby threw up on my wings twice. I better get a good payment."
Alastor laughed, a mini laugh track following the sound, "Ah, you will, my dear! Later. When I am done with my family."

Husk rolled his eyes, but smiled anyway as he left.

Alastor looked down at the baby, then at Angel. "What should we name her?" He asked quietly. Angel thought for a moment, "...What about Minerva?" He suggested. Alastor looked back down at the doe, thinking for a moment. She did look like a Minerva.
"Minerva is a beautiful name, my dear. The Roman Goddess of Wisdom and Battle Strategy. She will surpass the legends of her, perhaps have her own!" Angel smiled, "Alright, Big Buck, don't plan too far into the future yet." He said, kissing his boyfriend's cheek.

Alastor's eternal smile softened, becoming genuine. "Well, my point stands. Minerva is the perfect choice." Angel looked down at Minerva, his features softening. "Yeah. It is."

"Welcome to Hell, Minerva."

Sorry for the short chapter, folks! I've been super busy with other projects lately. Personal things have been going on at home, including the death of a loved one, so I'll be taking a short break from writing. I have other chapters for both "The 'Perfect' Hero" and "Fate and Destiny" already, so I'll be scheduling the publish times/day later on.
