Mrs Mori said, her gaze still on the four of them. Inoske wasn't taking this bullshit and lunged forwards to attack her, but before all four of them knew it, they were falling again, further down the Infinity castle. With a loud hmph, they landed in different rooms, Muichiro eyes suddenly darted to the demons below them. He saw Doma from behind and that irritating smile of his as he spoke to kokushibo."Yes, I'm aware of her. We've met before already," Doma said a bit cheekily, recalling their first encounter.
"Hm, and she didn't manage to kill you. More pathetic than I thought," Kokushibo replied, his expression unchanged.
"Seems like someone has a grudge. But we're not here to discuss your history with this Hashira, so tell me, why did you call me? Hmm?" Doma asked.
Kokushibo's eyes remained steely and unwavering as he addressed Doma.
"I called you here because Natsuki knows the location of the Blue Spider Lily. This information is crucial, and we need to retrieve it immediately."
Doma's playful smile faded slightly, replaced with a look of mild interest.
"Ah, the Blue Spider Lily. But I'm afraid there's a problem. The spider lilies in the places we've scouted are all gone, burned up, or dead. I've checked every lead."
Kokushibo's gaze hardened. "Natsuki possesses knowledge beyond what we've uncovered. She has a connection to the Blue Spider Lily that you and I lack."
Doma's curiosity piqued, his smile returning. "Oh? And what makes Natsuki so special? How does she know more than the rest of us?"
Kokushibo's expression remained impassive. "I was Natsuki's mentor. She trained under me, and through our time together, she discovered some information about the spider lily's"
Doma's eyes widened slightly. "Interesting. So, you're saying we need her knowledge to find the Blue Spider Lily?"
"Precisely, "
Kokushibo replied. "We must find her and extract the information by any means necessary...."
Doma's smile widened into a grin, his eyes glinting with anticipation.
"Well then, it seems we have a hunt on our hands. Finding Natsuki will be a delightful challenge."
Kokushibo nodded. "We must not fail. The survival of our kind hinges on the Blue Spider Lily. Prepare yourself, Doma. The search begins now."
With a final, knowing glance between them, the two demons set their plans into motion, their determination fueled by the urgency of their mission.
Doma grinned even more. "Well, you see, Kokushibo, I think I can help you. But I have a short... session with my madam. You can't keep her waiting; she's quite impatient."
Kokushibo gave Doma a slight scowl. "I don't trust that your irresponsibility can be overlooked. But you do have connections with the source."
Kokushibo turned to leave, his irritation with Doma's behavior evident.
Muichiro listened closely. "Natsuki..." he muttered, trying to process the information. Suddenly, he found himself falling again, hitting the hard ground unexpectedly. When he looked around, he realized he was back outside at the festival.
Confused and disoriented, Muichiro struggled to his feet, scanning the vibrant surroundings of the festival. The sounds of laughter and music filled the air, but his mind was still focused on the conversation he had overheard. Natsuki, the Blue Spider Lily, Kokushibo, and Doma, all these pieces seemed to connect in a way he couldn't yet fully understand.
