Leia Newby was a very simple girl with a very simple life.
She did well in school, had interesting hobbies like karate, and even did ballet outside of school. She also had an amazingly supportive and kind dad.
Being Bob Newbys daughter was an easy task, and living life as a regular girl was easy as well.
Sure, she only had about three friends, and sure, two of those friends are her dad's girlfriends Joyce's kids Will, and Johnathon, and the other was the only other teenager she saw at the library Robin.
But she had a very simple life, one that was easy to control and keep up with....
That is until one day Dustin Henderson drags her along with him and Steve "The hair" Harrigton to capture some cat eating monster with no face.
It is then that her life turns completely upside, in some ways good and in some ways bad.
All Leia wants to do is keep her life while protecting Dustin, Lucas, and a girl she's never even met before.
Also, while trying not to let her own negative feelings about "King Steve," get in the way of this "monster hunting" job she is tasked with.
