A man, dressed in a 1980s style military jacket, a chest rig with equipment and a helmet and mask that covered his face, was quickly jumping from rooftop to rooftop in the dead of night. An assault rifle was slung across his chest, moving in response to the man's movements.
"You sure you want him killed now?" The man asked, speaking into the microphone in his helmet while listening to the person with an ear piece. "I imagine with all these Nomus out right now, there will be a lot of reporters recording everything."
He referred to the Nomus where were released from the League of Villains hideout after the Pro-Heros failed to capture them. They were currently running amuck somewhere nearby with a few Pro-Heroes fighting them.
"Stain is too much of a threat to continue." A middle aged sounding woman responded over the ear piece.
"Not afraid he'll become a martyr?" He asked, hiding his worry.
"Regardless if his lives or dies, he's encouraging others to do the same so its preferred he's killed now. If the Pro-Heroes will take him into custody at Tartarus, we lose this chance to get rid of him." The woman answered. "Everyone is still giving them trouble for human rights violations so we can't kill him there." The man hummed in response, understanding her reasoning.
He eventually reached the location he needed to get to. He laid on his stomach as he lifted up his rifle and shouldered it before looking through the scope with his (e/c) eyes behind the visor of his helmet, seeing his target.

"250 meters." He estimated based on the sights range indicators then adjusted the scope sight, raising the sight of the scope to accommodate for the range.
"No wind thanks to all the buildings." He muttered to himself, positioning himself to rest his rifle to keep him steady.
In the scope of his sight, he saw the villain known as Stain. A dumb name in the man's opinion. He was surrounded by Pro-Heroes and a few UA college students.
"Guess the students are getting their on the job experience." He turned the weapon's safety off before getting his finger on the trigger while taking in slow and steady breaths.
He could see but not hear the villain speaking to all the Pro-Heroes, two of which being Endeavour
