Toey stood at the entrance of his new school, taking a deep breath to steady his nerves. The grandeur of the building and the bustling crowd of students made his heart race. Adjusting his glasses, he clutched his backpack straps tighter and made his way through the sea of unfamiliar faces.

The hallways were lined with prestigious awards and photographs of accomplished alumni, a constant reminder of the high standards expected here. Toey's anxiety grew with each step. His previous school was nothing like this; he felt like a small fish thrown into a vast ocean.

As he navigated the labyrinth of corridors, trying to find his first class, he caught the attention of a group of boys lounging by the lockers. At their center was Q, the school's notorious gang leader. With his slicked-back hair, leather jacket, and an air of arrogance, Q exuded an aura of danger that kept most students at a distance.

Q's sharp eyes locked onto Toey, instantly sensing his vulnerability. A smirk curled on Q's lips as he nudged his friends, drawing their attention to the new student. "Hey, look at the new kid," Q said, his voice dripping with mockery. "He looks like he's about to faint."

Toey felt his face flush with embarrassment. He tried to ignore them and keep walking, but Q wasn't about to let his new target slip away so easily. He stepped in front of Toey, blocking his path. "Where do you think you're going, newbie?"

"I-I'm just trying to find my class," Toey stammered, his voice barely audible.

Q's friends snickered, enjoying the show. "Well, let me help you with that," Q said, his tone deceptively sweet. "What's your name, kid?"

"T-Toey."

"Toey, huh? Cute name. I'm Q. Welcome to your worst nightmare," Q said, leaning in close. "You see, around here, you have to earn your place. And something tells me you're not going to have an easy time."

Q shoved Toey lightly, causing him to stumble back. His friends laughed louder, their voices echoing in the hallway. Toey's heart pounded in his chest, fear and humiliation washing over him. He mumbled an apology and hurried past them, desperately looking for his classroom.

As he walked away, he could still hear their laughter and Q's taunts. "This is going to be fun," Q said, watching Toey's retreating figure. "I think I just found my new target."

Toey finally found his classroom and slipped inside, his hands trembling. He took a seat at the back, hoping to go unnoticed. As the teacher began the lesson, Toey tried to focus, but his mind kept drifting back to Q and his gang. He had a sinking feeling that his time at this prestigious school was going to be far more challenging than he had ever imagined.

The bell rang, signaling the end of the class. Toey gathered his things quickly, hoping to avoid another encounter with Q. But as he stepped into the hallway, there they were, leaning against the lockers, waiting for him.

"Hey, Toey!" Q called out, his voice carrying above the chatter of students. "Don't think you can avoid us. We'll be seeing a lot of each other."

Toey swallowed hard and kept his eyes on the ground, walking as fast as he could. The laughter and taunts followed him all the way to his next class, a constant reminder of the torment that awaited him.

As he settled into his seat, Toey realized that he would have to find a way to navigate this new world and survive Q's bullying. It was going to be a long and difficult journey, but he was determined to endure, no matter what it took.
