In the last chapter, Rimuru had the opportunity to meet one of the fateful people and that is Shizu, the flame conqueror. Many things have happened to Rimuru since she came, including an attack by the fire spirit, although this was nothing new because it had already been sealed in Shizu's body. The most significant change was that Rimuru gained a new family member Shizu, who joined her as the wife of the tensura goddess as well as the goddess new protector.

Shizu Pov
Shizu was now wondering at the unkown area , looking for a way out, but all she kept seeing was the same location. Shizu had anxiety and mild fear when this happened. She then yelled for Rimuru's name, believing that Rimuru would come to her rescue. but it was useless untill she felt someone familiar not too far from her. Shizu hugged the unknown individual as soon as she approached her, her eyes beginning to well up with tears. That was because it was Shizu mother, who appeared overjoyed to meet her daughter again.
Shizu: Mom, I miss you so much. *Crying and giving her a hug*
Shizu Mother: I'm sure I miss you terribly. *Grasping her*
Shizu: This is real or is it a dream? Please let me remain here if this is a dream.
Shizu Mom: Shizu, the choice is yours, but what will happen to her if you stay here?
Shizu: Who are you speaking of? *Confusion*
Shizu Mother: you have already discovered someone to cherish and a place you can call home.
Shizu: Rimuru-san
Shizu Mum: I'm happy to be leaving you to her, my lovely daughter. I already lost you when you vanished.
Shizu: But mother
Shizu Mother: It's all right, my child, and I'm glad you're safe with her, but you have to meet someone else before you leave this place.
Shizu heard someone calling her name from behind before she could continue asking more questions because she was more than bewildered as to what her mother was talking about. When Shizu turns to look back, she sees the masked hero, who happens to be her mentor and someone she knows rather well.
Shizu: master you here. *Surprised*
