~CHAPTER FOUR~

Flashback,

It's been a hectic day for me since yesterday... First, I found out from my PA that the client, Mr. Kapoor, who is also my shareholder, is sharing information with my enemies. This news made me furious. Everyone knows how ruthless I can get to my enemies, let alone betrayers.

My principle is that if someone makes a mistake, they will be punished and there're two choices in punishment, either they have to face ''death'' if they duped me or face the my not so merciful side where I'll torture them to death and that they'll beg for mercy but I won't stop. I won't kill them but will keep torturing until they reach the last stage of tolerance.

I'm currently on my way to Goenka's house to meet the girl Dada Ji arranged for me.To be honest, I never thought that Grandma would actually plan to get me married, that too, this soon. All I can say is that I'm doing all this crap because of my grandma. I can't refuse her even if I want to, because this is the only thing she has ever asked me and I can't deny it even if I want to.As soon as the car stopped, the driver announced stuttering,

''S-sir, w-we have arrived.'' He opened his eyes and stared at him, the driver went jittery and lowered his eyes.

''Hmmm,Mrs.Antra Aatharv Oberoi..'' He said in his mind. He then took a deep breath and got out of the car, shook off his thoughts and walked towards the house with a cold,
expressionless face.

AUTHOR'S POV

Everyone was gathered in the hall, waiting for Aatharv's arrival.

Gayatri asked Reyansh,''When is he coming? Give him a call.''

''I had just called him, but--"
Reyansh was just about to speak up when Aatharv showed up, and his presence was so commanding that everyone went quiet for a second.

Just then, Aatharv's grandma called out to him, ''Aatharv, come sit here, beta'' and he sat down between Reyansh and Grandma, his presence screamed nothing but royalty.

"Arey Aanand ji, ab hamara beta bhi aagya chaliye fir bula dijiye hamari bitiya ko"

"Arey, bilkul Shashidar ji"He said while signalling Anika, his daughter-in-law, from his gestures, she went upstairs and called the trio along with Aadi.

"Beta chalo ab, sab aagye hain."
Anika, their mother said smilingly.

Aadi replied,"But ma, hone waale jiju to aaye nhi hain---"

she interrupted in between and said,"arey sab aagye hain.. tumhare jiju bhi! chalo ab deri mat karvao."

"Hn ji, Hn ji, abhi, aap chaliye hum leke aate Antra ko."
Kavya said assuringly.

"Fine, come fast. All are waiting."
She then went downstairs announcing her daughter's arrival.

There came Antra, walking with her two besties or should we say sisters along each side, followed by her brother, Aadi at the back, making sure that his sister don't trip on the stairs.

Everyone present there was mesmerized by Antra's beauty. She looked ethereal. Her Dadi Ji, Aaashvi, motioned her to sit next to her and beside Aadi. The duo, Kavya and Shruti took their seats next to Anika and Ajay Ji (Parents).

"Arey wahh, bitiya toh pehle ki tarah hai bas sundarta aur khil gayi hai. Humein toh aaj bhi yaad hai ki kitni choti si thi jab aakhri baar mile the."
Said Shashidar Ji adoringly.

"Vo toh hai, humari beti hai hi itni sundar ki sab dekhte hi reh jaate hai."
Aanand Ji remarked teasingly as he saw Aatharv not blinking or even diverting his gaze the moment he saw Antra.
