POV of Morgan

I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Felix was in love with me. I couldn't contain my emotions and I told him that I was also in love with him. After we finished texting, I took a bath and went for dinner. Aunty Molly told us that our parents were fine and that tomorrow she would go and get them from the hospital. I couldn't have been happier. I finished eating and went to bed, very excited for tomorrow to arrive.

The next morning, my brother Jason and I woke up early to arrange the house to welcome our parents. We wanted everything to be perfect for their return. Jason vacuumed the living room while I dusted and tidied up the kitchen. We hung a "Welcome Home" banner above the fireplace and set up fresh flowers on the dining table.

As we worked, I texted Felix and invited him over to help us prepare. He arrived shortly after, bringing a big smile and a bouquet of flowers for my mom. His presence made the morning even more special.

By midday, the house was spotless, and we were ready to welcome our parents. Felix and I prepared a small feast, cooking their favorite dishes together. Jason, meanwhile, set up the living room with cozy blankets and pillows, making it a perfect spot for our parents to relax.

When Aunty Molly finally arrived with our parents, the look of surprise and joy on their faces was priceless. We all hugged, and my mom had tears in her eyes as she saw the effort we had put into making their homecoming special.

The rest of the day was filled with laughter, stories, and love. Felix stayed for dinner, and it felt like he was already part of the family. As the evening wound down, we sat together, feeling grateful and happy.

Felix, Jason, and I went to the garden to discuss how we would keep the Book of Life because we knew the danger of having it. We finally decided that Felix would keep it for the meantime. Felix made a sign to Jason to leave for a moment. I stayed with him, holding his hand, and he told me he would be happy if I could be his girlfriend, something to which I said yes, and we kissed.

Jason returned after a while and started teasing us. "Looks like you two are having a moment," he said with a grin. Then, with a glint of excitement in his eyes, he added, "You know, we need another adventure. Have you heard of the Lost Treasure of the Pirate King or the Enchanted Garden of Gold and Silver?"

We all laughed, feeling a mix of relief and anticipation. This marked the end of one incredible journey—we had brought our parents back and saved Lion from the brink of death. Now, as the new holders of the Book of Life, it felt like the beginning of another exciting story waiting to unfold.
