I groggily wake up from my deep slumber. The bright sun shines through the curtains as they hit my face.
What day is it today...? Oh right... Today is orientation. Starting today I'm going to Nijigasaki High School for my 2nd year.
Originally I was supposed to go somewhere else, but Nijigasaki was closer to where I moved to.
I lazily stretch out of my bed and begin to get ready.
I brush my teeth, eat breakfast, and change into my uniform, ready to set off.
Ah right, what introduction would this be if I didn't introduce myself?
My name is (Y/N) (L/N). As stated earlier, I am a second year high school student at Nijigasaki High School. I currently have no family members and am living by myself. Yes, that is correct. I am an orphan. Why is an orphan living by himself?
Well, let's just say I learned to take care of myself. The orphanage allowed me to live by myself despite the system trying to find a foster family. They deemed me efficient enough to live by myself. They gave me a few funds to start off, but afterwards I will have to earn some money on my own.
So I bought an apartment that seemed the cheapest and landed me here. And that brings me to the present time. For personality, well, I think it's better to watch it than for me to explain it.
For my childhood, I was in an orphanage until my 1st year in high school. The nice caretakers and teachers there taught me everything I knew today. I won't ever forget their kindness and I will live my life to the best of my ability. Despite my life seeming bland and sad, I have my happy moments.
But enough about me, I should get going with my day.
I leave my apartment to get ready for my orientation. I head down the stairs of my apartment and walk toward Nijigasaki.
Apparently, Nijigasaki is a "school that fosters independence" and allows freedom for the students to do whatever they want. Well, anything that's not illegal. I also have a dorm system that I could've applied for, but that would mean living with a roommate; I like my personal space.
This school also has a wide variety of classes, some of which aren't even found in other schools. I signed myself up for the management class, as I aspire to be a business manager in the future.
I continue to walk to my orientation and soon arrive at Nijigasaki High School.

"Damn, this place is huge" I say to myself. I watch as other students enter the school, looking all "prestigious" and stuff.
Well, no use just gawking at it. I should probably enter.
