Chapter 1

At Blexorth Academy, a school full of different beings roamed the halls. The sound of the shoes on the hard floor, along with their voices, echoed in the halls. The teachers all stood outside their respective classrooms, waiting for their students to enter class. Amongst the students is Luna, she is the only Witch at this school. She and her friends Iku, who is a Demon, and Jang Mi, who is a Harpy, all live together in a decent sized dorm room. They were chatting as they walked to their respective classes.

"Luna, have you thought about who you want to take with you to the dance?" Iku asked.

"Yeah. Well, kinda." Luna replied as she adjusted her uniform.

"Well, who is it?" Iku questioned.

"Jay." Luna whispered into Iku's ear.

"Really? Why?" Iku looked at Luna dumbfounded.

"We share some classes together. We chat sometimes when we both are at the same school activities and stuff." As she explained her reason, Luna began to fiddle with her blazer.

"Did you know about this Jang Mi?" Iku turned her head to Jang Mi, who was on the other side of her.

"Yeah. She told me the other day. I asked her the same thing." Jang Mi laughed.

"I was out of the loop then. Well damn." She sighed.

"Have you both thought about someone?" Luna then asked.

Jang Mi nodded. Her cheeks started to turn red as she thought about who.
"I thought about asking Sunghoon."

"Ah! One of Jay's friends. The Ice Prince. Great choice, honestly." Luna commented as she nudged Jang Mi.

"There is just something about him that I'm drawn to. I can't explain it." Her cheeks flushed even more. "Anyways, what about you, Iku?"

"Huh? Oh yeah. I want to ask Jake. Another friend of them." Iku laughed at the fact they all chose the boys who are best friends.

As the conversation continued, Luna could feel a couple pair of eyes on them. She immediately turned her head to where she could sense it. Her eyes met those of K and Taki. Luna just smiled at them and looked away after that.

Why are they staring at me? She thought as her and her friends kept walking. The girls didn't seem to notice that small exchange.

After what felt like a long time, each girl eventually found their classes and began their day. Being that they are all different ages they of course end up in different classes based on grade. The only classes they share is fitness.

"Alright class let's begin with reading chapters 4 and 5." Mrs Holstrom spoke as she opened up her book.
Most of the students groaned. Mrs Holstrom rolled her eyes but laughed.

"Keep groaning and I'll give you double the homework." She threatened.

Luna was already half way done. Her eyes scanning each word on the pages seemed to be so fast. No one understood how she could read so quickly and still get the answers correct. After she had finally finished the reading she immediately walked up to the teacher and grabbed the assignment.
