It was a warm evening at Marjorie and Reece's new house. Marjorie decided to host a party for her and reece moving in together and invited everyone at the nurseries. Everyone showed up except Roger and Chef. Siobhan decided to invite Vivian to make the party 'more tolerable' and Vivian agreed.
The music was loud and everyone was enjoying themselves, even Siobhan and Agatha but that was mostly down to alcohol. Marjorie and Reece were talking to Autumn and Winter about their marriage in one room and in another, Agatha and Sorscha. The two were probably the most unlikely friendship but it worked. Agatha showed care in Cloughdah and Quinn and Sorscha appreciated her motherly advice. In another room was Charlotte and Mia. The two had been sitting on the sofa together and talking about school.
"Char are you busy later?" the redhead asked softly as her girlfriend sat next to her with her head on Mia's shoulder. Charlotte shook her head before replying
"No, I dont...why?" Mia smiled before saying
"Well....i was thinking I'd treat you to a lovely candle lit dinner just the two of us"
"That sounds perfect"Marjorie had promised not to cry when Autumn and Winter were showing her and Reece the wedding rings. And although she was close to breaking it, she kept her word for her friend.
"Oh my god it's perfect....it suits you both so well" said Marjorie as she admired the rings.
"Yeah, they are...im... really happy for you both of you" Agreed Reece.
"Thank you, were both still really happy about it" Winter spoke up as Autumn remained quiet. She loved her brother and her manager a lot more than she let on. She needed them a lot, the four of them needed eachother really...it would sure be a shame if something happened to one of them."So, how's Cloudagh recently" spoke agatha as her and Sorscha were talking,
"Oh she's grand, I spoke to her about what you told me about and, truthfully it's really helped us so... thank you for that" replied Sorscha. The two hadn't got on the best start but Sorscha soon realised it was Agatha's way of making conversation.
"It's no problem, i am a mother too so i do know what its like."After the party, Mia was walking home to prepare for her and her girlfriend's date. She got into her house, locked the door and sat down. She didnt like being alone, some people found it peaceful but Mia always felt on edge. There was nothing worse than dying alone in Mia's opinion. She always felt someone was watching her. When she was with Char this all disappeared. She felt safe around her, which was weird because Mia was always the one looking after Charlotte. It was clear that Mia was always Charlotte's protector. She cared so much for her, she wouldn't let anything happen to her lover. Whenever she was alone, Mia started to overthink a lot. She always worried about something happening to the ones she loved. She decided to take a bath to clear her head.
Mia walked to her bathroom on her phone, she was texting Charlotte.
'Cant wait for tonight, let me know when your picking me up💗' was the text Mia received, she smiled and wrote back.
'Me too sweetheart, ill tell you when im on my way❤️' Mia wrote back. She wasnt aware of her surroundings as she walked into the bathroom. She shut the door and turned around.
Suddenly, everything blacked out.Roses are red
Violets are blue
What will happen?
Only he knew.Mias biggest care
was the plans she'd made.
If she doesnt show,
Should Char be afraid?
