Late that night, Jimin settled onto his couch, holding his phone up for a video call with Jungkook. The screen flickered, and there he was: Jungkook, looking effortlessly handsome in glasses, likely from working just before the call. His expression was serious, but his eyes softened the moment he saw Jimin's shy smile and rosy cheeks.
"Hey, Sugar" Jungkook greeted, his voice smooth and warm.

Jimin giggled, hiding his face with his free hand for a moment before peeking back at the screen. "You're so cheesy."

"Maybe" Jimin said playfully, his eyes twinkling.
Jungkook's serious demeanor didn't falter, but his voice grew softer, more intimate. "I miss you, Jimin. Every time I see you, I just want to pull you close and never let you go."
Jimin's heart fluttered at Jungkook's words. "I miss you too. So much."
Jungkook's eyes locked onto Jimin's, even through the screen, making Jimin feel as if he were right there beside him. "Just a little while longer, and we'll be together again."
Jimin nodded, his smile turning wistful. "I can't wait for that day."
Jungkook's voice took on a teasing edge. "Until then, you'll have to put up with my virtual flirting."
Jimin laughed softly. "I think I can manage that."
Jungkook adjusted his glasses, leaning closer to the screen. "Give me a few pecks like you always do?"
Jimin pouted, shaking his head playfully. "No, not tonight."
Jungkook's serious face turned into an exaggerated frown. "Come on, sugar, don't be like that."
Jimin sighed dramatically but couldn't hide the small smile forming on his lips. "Fine, but just because you asked so nicely."
He brought the phone closer to his face and started pecking the screen multiple times, mimicking the way he always showered Jungkook with kisses in real life. "Mwah, mwah, mwah."
