Duke POV✨ I opened my eyes squinting instantly at the sunlight that snuck through the curtains. I looked to the side seeing Lani still sleeping,I quickly dialed Davo hanging my legs to the side.
"Aye bro you got home safe?" I asked Davo as he answered the phone.
"Yeah I slept hella good too." He said laughing.
"Type shit I just wanted to check on yo ass you know how you get drinking." I said feeling hands rubbing my back and my chest.
I looked back seeing Lani looking at me before hugging me.
"Bet tap in later." He said before hanging up.
I bit my lip tapping her thigh. "Good morning."
She quickly laid across my leg with her face facing up at me. "Good morning."
I quickly pecked her lips a couple times. "Bonnet hanging on for dear life."
"Shut up that's why yo breath stank." She said giggling snatching her bonnet off.
"What you doing today?" I asked.
"The fifty states parade." She said sighing.
"That sounds fun though." I said as someone knocked on her door.
"Lani you gotta get ready Stacey is finna be on her way." A female voice said,I'm guessing it's her other friend Jacqueline.
"Give me like thirty minutes." Lani said before turning to me.
"Imma shower I got spare tooth brushes in my bathroom bottom drawer." She said making her way to the bathroom.
"Lani!" Stacey yelled banging on the door.
I shook my head opening her door.
"Oh shit." Stacey smirked walking in the room.
"Chill it's not even like that." I said annoyed I even had to explain shit.
"Shame I so wanted her to get some..anyway Lani!" She said turning towards her bathroom.
"Girl I heard you..how I look?" Lani asked walking out the bathroom.
"Damn." Stacey said crossing her arms smirking.
