Pest ,as the human son of two fairies, is an anomaly--or as his father puts it-- an unwelcome suprise.
Why?
Well his fairy parrents are forced into human form--obligated to protect him until he dies . In an effort to get rid of him quicker, his father invokes the fate to give Pest the ultimate deathblow --a wife . Pest mistakenly choose an ogre name Fanli.
But ogre companion brings magic ...and shame . Pest falters , so Fanli makes plans for her own -- and they don't include him .
