☽✧ WOOYOUNG ✧☾
I stood before him, stunned into silence by his audacity. His condescending smile only added to my frustration as he moved closer. I crossed my arms tightly over my chest, trying to shield myself from his intrusive presence. He reached out, patting my cheek with an air of smug satisfaction. I recoiled instinctively, but he grabbed my jaw with a vice-like grip, forcing me to meet his gaze.
His eyes were cold and calculating, and I could sense the underlying malice in his voice. "You're useless, Wooyoung," he said, his tone dripping with disdain. "He is rich and well-known. His parents would never accept you because you are nothing. If he really loved you, he wouldn't have been sleeping with me while you weren't even dating anymore. Think about it."
His words were laced with mockery, each syllable designed to wound. I could feel the revulsion rising within me as he finally released his hold, leaving me to stand there, grappling with his cruel insinuations. I fought to steady my breathing, the intensity of my emotions a fierce storm beneath the surface. No matter how he tried to undermine me, I knew I had to stand firm. I wasn't going to relinquish what I had with San without a fight.
As he stepped back, a cold, victorious smirk played on his lips, clearly relishing the turmoil he had sown. "You see, Wooyoung, you're merely a distraction for him—a simple phase. San needs someone of his own stature, someone who complements his ambitions and social standing, not someone who drags him down," he sneered, his voice oozing contempt.
"You should really consider yourself lucky to have even captured his attention for this long. It's only a matter of time before he realizes the mistake he's made. What could you possibly offer him? Stability? Love? Don't be naive; those things are trivial to men like San, they don't pay the bills or elevate status."
He leaned in closer, his words like poison. "You're just a temporary solace until he finds his way back to where he truly belongs. With someone of his caliber, not someone who's perpetually struggling to fit into a world that will never accept them."
With each word, I felt smaller, the space around me tightening as his harsh reality tried to suffocate my hope. It was a calculated assault, aimed at breaking my spirit. The cruel precision of his words was designed to shake my confidence, to make me question the very foundation of what San and I had built together.
