Lexi paced around the building, she couldn't stand still like her master. The Kel Dor patiently waited for the senate meeting to end along with Ellis. Walking the halls in despair and anxiety building up within. She recalled the words coming from Plo Koon,
"Be on guard young Lexi,"
Lexi was confused about why he said those words, she simply nodded before walking away. Looking at the many people, she sensed the presence she knew too well. Before she could follow, doors opened to her side to see senators leaving their rooms.
Has it been that long? Lexi bit her lip in thought of the meeting and how it went. Stopping and side-stepping away when sensing a presence, her eyes met with a pair of brown eyes.
"Senator," Lexi bows earning a small gentle smile from the male in front of her. His brown eyes shined and stood out with his tan skin.
"No need to be formal," his voice held power she couldn't describe. She believed he was one to be respected and knew beyond her years.
Lexi smiled at the older male, who seemed well-clean, with his dark black hair slicked back. His outfit seemed clean and fresh, taking care of his appearance around others and at home. Lexi sensed something great for the man but couldn't describe it.
"May I ask, how was the meeting?"
Lexi titled her head, her lower lip sore from her nibbling on it as well with her hand slightly sore from punching a wall earlier. The man before her observed her and seemed like he was thinking about what to tell her.
"It went well," he replied with a tone causing her to nod her head.
"I'm glad," Lexi replies with a kind smile that is forced in a way. Turning around, her gaze scanned the many people walking between the two.
"May my curiosity be answered, why is a Jedi here in the senate building?"
He was straight to the point without hesitation and doubt in his tone. Turning back to face the senator, Lexi eyed his appearance carefully.
"I'm with Senator Myra."
Lexi met his eyes, seemingly clashing together with no words said between the two individuals. Lexi nodded her head to the man who bid farewell. Watching his back face her when he disappeared in the crowd before her, Lexi closed her eyes.
Listening to the sounds around her and the sound of people talking, her eyes opened after a few seconds. Turning around she began to head to the direction Master Plo was at along with the Ellis person. It seems like they are on guard.
