an illicit affair

Make sure nobody sees you leave

Hood over your head keep your eyes down

Tell your friends you're out for a run

You'll be flushed when you return

O: This sneaking out has to stop. I'm sure someone will catch us some day and we'll be in serious trouble. We might get expelled and we've gone through a lot just to let that happen in our senior year - I mentioned, a little bit scared due to the noises I thought I had heard in the aisle outside of the room.

K: I know, I know. Last time - he said

O: Wait this one ? Now ? - that got me, like just like that? no way he meant it

K: See? You don't want this to stop either. I'll get going. I'll use the door, it's late, no one will be awake. - I was relieved after hearing those words

O: Wait no, what if someone spots you.

K: I'll tell them you were sick.

O: Fine, leave.

But he didn't just like that, he kissed me one last time that night. Pulling my hair, grabbing my waist, pulling me closer, and gave me all that fierceness that is so characteristic of him. Left me catching my breath.  And then he left.

I don't understand.

Take the road less traveled by

Tell yourself you can always stop

What started in beautiful rooms

Ends with meetings in parking lots

Every single time, it takes me back to that very first time.

After all it took me to get over Deku, and become the best version of my strong self, rebuilding my self confidence, how am I at this point again?

I think that's what he saw.

That. One. Time.

We were training and I wasn't going to let him beat me again, no festival nor whatsoever, just trivial class practice, but I couldn't lose. I just couldn't. As proof to myself.

There it was. I won. Pinned down to the floor claiming the defeat. I had fairly won with all my power. With all my effort.

K: Yo. Great job today Uraraka.

O: I know right, I'm unstoppable.

K: Wooah, what's with that attitude. A thank you is the proper answer.

O: Yeh I guess so, thanks, but we are just acknowledging a fact aren't we?

K: I guess we are.

And he gave me a smile, a crooked tiny smile, with a smirk.

Something moved.

So stupid. I'm so angry at myself. What's even this?

And that's the thing about illicit affairs

And clandestine meetings and longing stares

It's born from just one single glance

But it dies and it dies and it dies

A million little times

We started training together more often and without any warnings, there we were. From the training room to the bedrooms.
