Ever since the fight between the two teams, which was quite a few hours ago, Hawk has been passed out in the infirmary, along with Tsuki and Izuku.
Bakugo had been pacing back and forth outside the infirmary, waiting for a chance to see her. He was getting more and more impatient as the hours passed by, and he was growing more and more worried about her waking up.
As soon as he saw the nurse, he immediately stopped pacing and walked up to her, his eyes filled with anger, and a little bit of concern.
"Is she awake? How's she doing? Can I talk to her?"The nurse gave him a gentle smile, nodding her head. "She's awake. You can speak to her, but she's still recovering from using her transformation. So, take it easy on her, alright?" The Nurse said, opening the door for Bakugo.
Bakugo nodded, listening to the nurse's words. He wanted to rush in there and start questioning her, but he knew he couldn't do that, nor did he want to. "Yeah, yeah, I'll be careful with her. I understand. I just want to talk to her." He responded in an irritated tone.
The nurse gestured for him to go in, and he quickly walked into the infirmary. He looked around, searching for her. He spotted her in a bed in the far corner of the room, sitting up and looking out the window. He slowly walked over to her bed, still trying to keep up the calm and careful demeanor that the nurse had told him about a moment ago.
He stopped next to her bed, speaking in a quiet and firm voice. "You had me waiting damn near forever out there, idiot."
"Bomb? What are you doing here?" Hawk jumped a bit at his arrival, looking over her shoulder and staring at him, surprised that he was waiting for her.
Bakugo rolled his eyes at the nickname, still annoyed by it. He ignored her question and instead sat down in the chair next to her bed, crossing his arms and giving her a firm look.
"You have a lot of damn explaining to do, you know that?"
He was referring to her demon transformation, which had surprised him immensely. He didn't understand why she had kept such a huge secret like that from him, and everyone else, of course... He knew that Hawk and himself didn't have a good friendship, if a friendship at all, but they've known each other for such a long time that maybe he should've known. He knows several things about her, so why didn't he know this?Bakugo kept his eyes locked on hers, waiting for her to respond. He had so many questions, and he wanted answers.
"Why did you keep this a secret for so long? Why didn't you tell me? Dammit, you've known me for how long now? Twelve or thirteen years? And you never thought once to mention this?"He was clearly getting frustrated, but he was trying his best to keep his emotions in check. He knew that he couldn't lose his temper, not now. He needed answers from her first.
Hawk only looked down at her hands, not saying a word.Bakugo leaned forward in his chair, resting his arms on the edge of her bed. He spoke in a quiet and serious tone. "I want you to tell me everything. And I mean everything. No secrets, no lies. I want the whole damn truth about this."
"Wait, what?" Hawk questioned, looking up at him as he finished speaking. "I don't have to tell you anything."Bakugo's eyes narrowed, his expression growing more stern. "Yes, you do. Dammit, you have been hiding something major for years, and I want to know why! You owe me this much, Hawk."
Hawk only stared at him, pure anger appearing on her face.
"Bakugo, you have no idea how much shit you've put not only me, but Izuku and Tsuki through. I've lived with not liking you since we were small, and only NOW have I actually been able to talk to you like a normal human being. But now? I can see that you're only concerned about my quirk, and not me. I seriously don't get you, all this time, and I still don't understand. I owe you NOTHING. If anything, you owe me, Tsuki, and Izuku. You don't get it." Hawk spit out, frustration and irritation in her tone.
