Sydney felt a mixture of excitement and nervousness as she and Jasmine walked into the elegant restaurant. The interior was a blend of modern chic and classic charm, with dim lighting casting a warm glow over the beautifully set tables. The soft hum of conversation and clinking glasses filled the air,

As they approached the private dining area, Flavy greeted them with a big smile, her arm linked with Esteban's. "You made it! I'm so glad you could join us."

Sydney scanned the room and saw familiar faces from the paddock. Charles Leclerc was deep in conversation with his girlfriend Alexandra and kika and Pierre laughing with Daniel as she look at at Lando who didn't know him the boy she give him her Instagram her sister crush and finally her eyes landed on Carlos Sainz, who was sitting next to Lando , looking handsome. Their eyes met,as he gave her a small, warm smile, which she returned, feeling her cheeks heat up.

"Let's introduce you to everyone," Flavy said, leading them towards the group. "You already know Lando"

Lando said to them with a big welcome smile . "Hey, Jasmine! Sydney! Didn't know you coming "

Carlos hadn't anticipated seeing Sydney at the dinner. When he caught sight of her across the table, he was momentarily taken aback. She looked effortlessly elegant in a simple but beautiful dress that highlighted her natural beauty. Carlos found himself unable to look away, his gaze frequently drifting in her direction.

Lando, who had noticed Carlos looking at Sydney as she was talking with kika and Alexandera.he leaned over and whispered to him , "Looks like someone's got a bit of a distraction tonight."

Carlos turn his attention to Lando as he He raised his eyebrows in confused, "What are you talking about?".

"Come on," Lando said as he lay his back at the sit. "You've been looking at her when she come to the restaurant until now man . I'm starting to think you're more interested in her."

Carlos chuckled, slightly embarrassed. "Alright, you caught me. I mean she beautiful girl"

As the food and wine arrived, the conversation picked up. Jasmine was in her element, joking with Lando and making everyone laugh. She had a natural knack for humor,Sydney found herself increasingly drawn into the conversation.

Lando leaned said to Sydney "Hey, Sydney, would you mind swapping seats for a moment?."

Sydney looked up, slightly surprised but she agreed with a nod. "Alright, let's do it."

As Sydney settled into the seat next to Carlos, he offered her a warm smile. "you enjoying the evening?"

"It's been wonderful. Everyone is so welcoming," she replied,with a warm smile.

Carlos nodded, his eyes never leaving hers. "I'm glad to hear that."

As the conversation between Sydney and Carlos began to flow, Lando watched with satisfaction. He had a feeling that Carlos and Sydney would hit it off, and he enjoyed seeing the chemistry between them.

Carlos was his full attention at Sydney when she talking " so what do you do for living"

Sidney stopped drinking wine when a question was asked to her, and placed the cup in the table which she said with all confidence
Sydney felt a flutter in her stomach but smiled confidently. "I'm an engineering student," she explained. " I study at the National Technical University of Athens."

"Engineering, huh?" Carlos said, clearly impressed. "That's amazing. What made you choose that field?"
"I've always been fascinated by how things work," Sydney said, her eyes lighting up with enthusiasm. "When I was little, I used to take apart my toys just to see how they were put together."

They keep talking when Carlos know the she love art and museums, he started shared a story of him about his visit to the Prado Museum in Madrid, and Sydney find her self really Comfortable in conversation.

"Maybe if we have a chance to I will take you visit the Madrid museum ."Carlos said

Sydney blushed slightly but nodded. "I'd like that.

At one point, Esteban stood up to make a toast.

"To new friends in the group" he said, raising his glass. "We're glad to have you with us, Sydney and Jasmine."

"Cheers!" everyone echoed, clinking glasses.

By the time the dinner came to a close, Sydney and Carlos had shared many laughs and engaging conversations. Carlos was pleased with how well they had connected and found himself looking forward to spending more time with her.

As they stood up to leave, Carlos, catching Sydney's eye as she left, offered her a warm smile, his interest unmistakable.

"Hope to see you around," he said, his tone sincere.

Sydney smiled back, feeling a flutter of excitement. "Definitely. It's been a great evening."

As they walked away from the restaurant, Carlos couldn't help but reflect on how pleasant it had been to meet Sydney. The evening had exceeded his expectations, and he was eager to see where this new connection might lead.

Lando, watching the girls leave as he gave Carlos look. "See? I told you it would be worth it."

Carlos chuckled, giving Lando a grateful nod. "You were right. Thanks man"
