At 11:00 am...

At home, [Name]'s mother is cooking kaarage chicken sandwiches for lunch, she hums a song while frying the chicken in hot oil. While she was cooking, she heard the front door open. Assuming her daughter is home, she goes to see her for a moments.

"Welcome back, sweetie." The woman said softly as usual, peeking her head slightly from the kitchen counter. "How was your day on the walk outside?"

"I'm home, mom. And it's pretty good." [Name] said while taking off her shoes. She walked in and went straight to her room. "I want to rest for a while in my room." Without waiting for a reply, [Name] hurried up the stairs and into her room.

Her mother was confused by [Name]'s sudden behavior, but she thought he was fine, she didn't sense anything negative in her daughter's voice.

"Alright, but later you go down to the kitchen to eat lunch." The woman said quite loudly for [Name] to hear before returning to the kitchen.

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

On the other side, [Name] was lying on the bed with her stomach facing the bed and her head buried in the pillow. She muttered something but her voice was muffled by the pillow.

A few moments later, she peeked a little from the pillow to her right hand. Only to see a red bey that has a round transparent red 'S' in the middle. The memories of this morning came back to her mind when she saw that bey.

Flasback.

Early that morning, [Name] was walking to get to know the route in the area as she needed to know the way to her new school later. As she walked, from afar she came across a park with a simple gazebo. Curious, she went to walk to the park.

Her steps stopped when a boy was kneeling under the gazebo. Panicking that someone would see her, [Name] quickly went to hide behind a tree that wasn't that far away. She still hasn't left because she still wants to know what's in the gazebo. Looking more closely, it turned out that there was a bey court in the gazebo, making her think the boy was a blader and trained there.

She was happy to know that ther was a bey court quite close to her residential area. Maybe she can practice her bey skills... after the boy done then leave.

So she continued to hide behind the tree, waiting for the boy to finish while observing the boy's features. She looked white hair, bangs, wearing a short-sleeved pink dress shirt, a black vest with white interior and red gloves? That was all [Name] could see looking at him as she hiding behind the boy.

Suddenly, she almost screamed a small 'eep' when she heard a loud scream from a bluenette. The boy looks cheerful, has a red mark on the side of his cheek, have water-blue hair, black gloves, short blue pants, wearing a white-red hoodie with a bey symbol on the back and a blue headband with yellow accents.

[Name] couldn't hear what they were saying because she was quite far away, even though the blunette's voice was loud earlier. Her lavender eyes caught a small ray of light in the grass, inches from where she was hiding behind a tree. Quietly she looked down and reached into the grassy area, only to pick up the red bey.

She was confused for a moment. 'Why is there a bey there? Is it thrown away or what?' she thought. When she looked back at the boys, it turned out that they were looking for something around the park, so [Name] thought they were looking for the bey. Maybe the red bey belonged to the white haired boy.

She thought of returning the bey now, but the thought of someone seeing her made [Name] shy and hesitant. Decided she would just watch them first until blunette left. So that he quickly returned the bey to the white-haired boy and left quickly. That's what's she thought.

Two hours passed, and the boys were still looking for the bey and did not stop. [Name] yawned, tired of waiting for them to leave. She started thought whether she should throw the bey at them or not so that the problem would be solved and she could leave without feeling guilty.

Her thoughts were interrupted when she saw the white-haired boy coming close to the tree, making her hide deeper behind the tree. She heard footsteps getting closer to the tree, until...

"Hey, why are you hiding? I won't do anything on you, so don't worry." She could hear the softness in the white haired boy's voice.

"..." For a moment she was silent for a minute, until she slowly peeked her head out of the tree, letting herself be seen. She could see the boy better, the boy had bright crimson eyes, black tie with a little white stripe at the bottom tie, has a red bey logo on the left side vest and looked the same age as her. Gathering courage as she saw that boy smile, she slowly held out her hand to give the bey to the boy.

The white-haired boy looked relieved to find his bey, when he reached out to take his bey, a voice interrupted.

"Shu! What are you doing there? Have you found Spyzen?!"

[Name] was shocked to hear the voice, her courage immediately disappeared and was replaced by self-consciousness, panic and shyly until she ran away without give back then bey. She could hear the voice of the white-haired boy saying something before she ran, but now she couldn't hear anything because it was far away.

With that, she ran back to the home.

End Flashback.

Thinking back on that event made [Name] throw her face back into the pillow. Why did she pick up the bey in the grass in the first place? Otherwise, she definitely wouldn't feel like this. The only thing she could think of at the moment was just:

'What should I do?"

Finally I continued again, after finishing my daily business. I just finished this chapter, started at this afternoon and finished it at night. And now for some reason I feel sleepy earlier than usual. Hopefully the next chapter, I will get an idea to write.

PS: I wish to name [Name] and [Name]'s parents, but I'm not good at naming people. Not the usual one. Any suggestions?
