When I woke up, I knew something was wrong. my body felt different. The room felt different. I closed my eyes and went back to sleep.

I woke up for the second time. 11:28 am. I was still in a different body. this time i panicked. I jumped out of bed and ran to the mirror. The face that stared back was of a stranger. Was this a problem? yes. It was a very big problem. this wasn't the first time it happened. I usually went back to my normal body at night. The first time it happened, I had called the police. I was 14 years old. The police would bever believe a teenager claiming that they were in a stranger's body. i spent the rest of the day on the dude's playstation to distract myself.

Now, four years later, I knew better than to call for help. No one would believe me, plus I have probably ruined all their social lives. So I try not to draw attention to myself. I grab the stranger's phone, scrolling through it to figure out who i was. Today my name is chris. Chris walker. Chris walker is a rugby player. He is messy, but in an organized way. His clothes are thrown around. He mostly wore athletic clothing. I went over to his desk, looking at some of his papers. Chris seems to be failing math. He also had unfinished homework. I decided to finish it for him. It was pretty easy, chris had some history and science homework left.

I decided to head out and see if anyone knew me. Usually I would stay inside, but I need to stop the cycle. I stepped outside. The neighborhood felt strange, but familiar. I wandered around, trying to find a park or a place where kids hang out. I eventually made it to a park, minutes away from Chris's house. There was a group of kids there, but they were too busy playing basketball to say anything to me. I left. Friend's usually were not reliable, so I stuck to social media. Chris's instagram account was mostly him and his team playing rugby. Boring. Back at the house, I sat on the bed, staring at the posters on the wall. His blanket had soft fuzz, and the mattress was cushiony. I pulled out chris's laptop. It had stickers on it, mostly stickers of gamer things, like headphones and a console. and they were peeling. I resisted the urge to rip them off. I started to research body swapping. I hoped to find an person who had an similar experience. It was almost 12. I found a page where people discussed the supernatural and strange occurrences. One of the users described waking up in a different body, and a book filled with antidotes and cures. He didnt know where it was. Tomorrow, if i am still in chris's body, i will go look for it.

I am still in chris's body. His parents are downstairs in the kitchen. I dont want to go. But it will to happen eventually. Me getting stuck in someone's body for ever.
