Shubhman saw Ishan and went towards him "sir all good?"

Ishan: I'm getting bored, I'll really want to go home

Shubhman: sir you're the chief guest, you can leave any time

Ishan: I can't, my brother will give me a lecture

Shubhman: elder brother?

Ishan: younger..! He'll not even allow me inside the house

Shubhman: why?

Ishan: if I'm the guest, I should atleast stay for decent time so that I don't come out as rude to the host..! He'll literally send me back if I go home..!

Shubhman: you can enjoy outside, here..! The weather is good..! And when the time is decent enough to leave, you can meet the host, bid him goodbye and leave for your home.

Ishan: sounds like a good idea to me..! Will you join? I won't mind..!

Shubhman: sure sir

Ishan: long walk?

Shubhman: love that..!

They were walking down the lane, the cool soft breeze was touching their faces.

Ishan: tell me about yourself Shubhman..! How's life treating you?

Shubhman: doing just OK sir..!

Ishan: how exactly did you dealt with everything after your parents? You were young as well right?

Shubhman: the only hope for me to live was my brother sir

Ishan: Shubhman, neither are we in office nor in the party. You can call me Ishan here. Don't be too formal

Shubhman: are you sure?

Ishan: yes obviously

Shubhman: okay

Ishan: you were saying

Shubhman: my brother is my everything Ishan..! I can't imagine my life without him in it. He's that little ball of happiness. My rainbow, my everything

Ishan: younger?

Shubhman: yes..!

Ishan: I guess all the elder brothers think the same way..!

Shubhman: I guess so too...!! I started earning at a very young age because I had to take care of him, not being dramatic but there were days where I used to starve to feed him. I have hidden it for quite a long time, but once he got a little bit suspicious as to why I never eat with him..! That was the first time in my life Ishan that I saw my baby brother losing his temper on me. That lecture was so long, I still remember each and every word that came out of his mouth that time. He was angry, sad and the worst thing helpless. That was the day I decided that living with bare minimum is not what he deserves. I started doing double shifts, sleep less...! Earn enough to feed both of us. Things improved gradually and now he's in second year in a prestigious college..!

Ishan: you both really love each other a lot..! What you did as an elder brother is actually a duty of the elder one but many forget..! Proud of you..!

Shubhman: for doing the needful?

Ishan: yes, because people tend to forget that as well..!

They saw an ice cream parlor

Shubhman: wanna have?

Ishan: you have it, I can't without Abhi

Shubhman: Abhi?

Ishan: my brother, he loves ice cream and I prefer not having it without him, not that he has made a rule but, I can't have something knowing that if he would have been here, the satisfactory pleasure on his face would be there..! By missing all of it and enjoying the ice cream not my cup of tea..! You have it.
