Chanel's POV:
It was getting late and looking at the girl in front of me, I didn't know what to do. I'd been sat here the past few hours coddling her and she was in no state to go home by herself. A light snore broke me from my thoughts, looking down I couldn't help but chuckle. I shook her shoulder lightly as she snapped up abruptly. "Hey, its late and I need to get you home" She looked around now realising she was still in school, she nodded her head before she tried to say goodbye. "Where are you going?" I asked confused. "Umm....home?" She looked at me just as confused. "Let me take you, its getting dark" I add and she nods, still groggy. "I'm not sure how I'll get back to school tomorrow thought since my bike is here" she said looking around the class. "Ill bring you since I'll know your address" she just nods again.
I put my chair back from earlier, close the windows and turn out the lights before walking out of the building, Bellamy following. I unlock my car and I hear her gasp behind me. "That's your car?" I smile at her as I get in as she follows my action. "Sure is" She looks around the inside of my car pressing loads of buttons. I see awe in her eyes as she meets mine, grinning playfully. "Come on, can I drive?" I chuckle lightly before declining her offer. "Absolutely not, you're not wrecking Cassandra" She bursts out laughing in the seat next to me, my face flushing in embarrassment. She stops laughing and asks "Did you really call your car Cassandra?" I nod sheepishly before looking away, igniting her. "That's hilarious" She adds before nestling in to the cosy seats.
I drive down the dead roads, occasionally looking over at her. She bops her head to the music so I turn it up and speed down the motorway. I slow down as we get to her street, her directing me to the house. Her house is lovely, I thought. I stop in front of her house, bidding her goodbye and telling her I'll be back at 8am tomorrow to pick her up.
Bellamy's POV:
I stumbled up the stairs, feeling energy leave with every step. I collapsed on my bed, looking at the clock and as soon as my head hit the pillow, I was out.
My ears rang as my alarm sounded through my room. I checked the time. 7am. Groaning I got up, showered and got dressed. I hopped down the stairs suddenly bursting with energy. I don't know why....couldn't possibly think of a reason. I slapped some bread in the toaster and scrolled through Instagram waiting. Halfway through my toast, a car outside beeped. I ran out of the kitchen to the front door, slowing down when opening it not to show my excitement.
I walked down to the car, smiling as I dropped onto the seat. I sorted my hair in the front mirror before looking at her to greet her properly but she was already staring at me, smiling. "What?" I ask, blush probably evident on my face. "Nothing" she says looking away starting the car and driving off. I decided to drop it, not wanting to be pushy. I looked out the window, focusing on the music and the scenery.
I looked over at her again and she had her eyes focused on the road, thankfully. I couldn't help but think of how beautiful she was and how much I couldn't stop staring at her. My body being brought to a holt slammed me out of my daydream just in time for her not to catch me staring at her. I looked in front to see a land rover in front of us at an angle. I took a few deep breaths to try not to panic myself. "Hey are you okay?" I heard but I was frozen. She lightly shook me. "Bellamy, wake up" she says a little louder as I snap out of my thoughts....once again. "huh" I whisper. " Are you okay?" she asks, worry plastered on her face. "What happened" I ask, hands shaking as I start to fidget in my seat.
"He pulled out in front of us, you're okay, you're not hurt are you?" she explains. "No just shook up, yours is the first car I've been in since the accident" she nods acknowledging me. I took a few deep breaths before she started driving again. "I would never let anything happen to you, don't worry" she adds on as I go back to looking out the window, trying to slow my crazy heart rate.
We pull into the carpark and she doesn't move. I look over at her questioningly. "I think you should probably go in first so people don't start spreading rumours about us" I nod back. "Good thinking, I'll you in class Miss, thank you for the ride" I unbuckle my seatbelt. "Anytime Bellamy" she smiles at me as I walk away, checking on my bike before going inside.
Chanel's POV:
As soon as she left, I let out a breath I didn't realise I was holding in. This girl is going to kill me and my career.
