A Field Trip to Remember
The school corridors buzzed with excitement as students rushed to their lockers, grabbing the last of their things before the much-anticipated field trip. I could feel the energy in the air, a mix of freedom and adventure. "Jiwoo (Lols) (that's me) , hurry up! We don't want to miss the bus!" Su's voice rang out, her eyes sparkling with enthusiasm. Su had a sweet yet striking beauty, with long, flowing hair and expressive eyes that could light up any room. She was my confidante and partner-in-crime since childhood. "I'm coming, I'm coming!" I called back, stuffing my backpack with snacks and essentials.
I was excited for this break from the mundane school routine, but it was also a chance to spend time with my friends and maybe, just maybe, have some special moments with the boys I secretly admired.
As Su and I made our way to the bus, I spotted Tae and Mingyu waving at me. Tae, with his bright smile and playful demeanor, looked like he had just stepped out of a K-drama with his messy, stylish hair and warm brown eyes. Mingyu, tall and charismatic, had the aura of a lead actor, his sharp jawline and deep voice turning heads effortlessly.
S.Coups, my overprotective unidentical twin brother, was already there, keeping a watchful eye as always. He had that classic older brother charm, his dark eyes serious yet kind, and his athletic build making him look every bit the protector he was. "Jiwoo, sit here!" Mingyu patted the seat next to him. Tae, with his mischievous grin, added, "Yeah, we saved you a spot." Before I could decide, a familiar voice interrupted, "Mind if I sit with you?" Jungkook's eyes met mine, and I felt a flutter in my chest. Jungkook, with his dreamy doe eyes and perfectly tousled hair, had a presence that was impossible to ignore.
