My eyes widened when I heard the alarm ring on my cellphone. 

"Tsk."

I got up and looked for my cellphone next to my study table and turned off its alarm. I yawned and got up and went straight to the bathroom to wash my face. After I wiped it off, I went to the kitchen and cooked pancakes for my breakfast.

When I finished cooking it, I brought my plate to the living room and turned on the television. I switched channels until I found the news channel and started eating.

When I looked back at the television screen I saw in the headline:

"A mysterious murder huh?"

I took the remote and turned up the volume.

The discovery was made by the castle's caretaker early in the morning. Dr. Ishikawa had been researching a controversial new theory regarding the castle's hidden secrets.

"Wait-Isn't that the ancient library I visited the other day?" she said in her mind.
