Chloe Connor-Pregnant No.2

Baby scan

It was my 3rd baby scan, I still hadn't got used to it but I was sort of getting the hang of it. It was a school day, Wednesday, so I missed the school trip. The appointment was at 12:45 and Michelle was supposed to be taking me but her and Carla went shopping before and still wasn't back. I had some dinner then got ready. Liz was at the bar and God knows where Steve was!

Michelle arrived back home and beeped the horn in the car, I ran out to her and got inside the car. I put my seatbelt on and then she drove off, waving to Carla on her way as Carla stuck her thumbs up at me. "You okay then?" Michelle asked. "Yeah why?"
"Nothing, ooh I got some lovely new shoes for Amy for her birthday and I got you a card that you need to sign aswell"
"Alright, and I'm getting her them chocolate cookie crumbles that she always likes"
Michelle laughed. About 3 minutes later we arrived at the hospital. Michelle parked the car and we both went and checked in. We sat in the corner, again, like the first time we ever came here. "Does it feel weird this?" Michelle asked. "Yep! Very weird but you have to get used to it don't ya" It was really weird. I didn't even want kids when I was older never mind at 13! The nurses were always nice to me though, they didn't explain all the issues or whatever to me because they knew i wouldn't understand. And I'm glad that Michelle didn't make me pay more attention because I couldn't care less about the baby, I mean I'm not a nasty person or anything so I obviously wanted it to be healthy...

"Chloe Connor!" The near shouted.

We went to the room that we first ever went in for the scan and the room that we have been in since! We sat down, I on the bed and Michelle next to me on the chair. "Okay so how are you doing?" She asked. "Alright" I said. "Are you having any pain... Like stomach ache or cramp?"
"It does hurt sometimes but not that bad" I said. "Okay and well, you know the score" She put the jelly thing on my belly and started rubbing it around with her stick that shows You the baby on a screen. It was the first time I'd actually looked at it. "Now I know this may seem a big question but would you like to know if it's a boy or a girl?"
"Ok why not!" I said. I didn't care if it was a boy or girl... Saying that thought I would rather have a girl. After a while she finally said,
