-Ekansh's POV☆I was standing in front of the mirror, admiring my reflection when Amaya di yelled from downstairs, "Oh hoor pari, kal tak ready ho jaegi na?"
I rolled my eyes and walked towards the door, seeing her at the bottom of the stairs. "Aapko kya hai? Kardunga na apko drop," I replied.
She widened her eyes dramatically. I grabbed my car keys and started heading downstairs. Today, I had decided to wear something traditional. I was dressed in a crisp white kurta made from fine cotton, with intricate embroidery along the collar and cuffs. The kurta was simple yet elegant, perfectly complementing the festive atmosphere of the fresher's party. The soft fabric felt comfortable against my skin, and I paired it with matching churidar pants. The overall look was completed with a pair of classic brown juttis that added a touch of tradition to my attire.
As I made my way downstairs, I felt a sense of excitement building up. Tonight was going to be special. I had been looking forward to the party, especially since I knew Samiksha would be there. The thought of seeing her in traditional attire made my heart race a little faster.
Reaching the bottom of the stairs, I saw Dadi sitting in the living room, watching TV. She glanced up and gave me an approving nod. "Oye hoye, nazar na lage," she said with a smile.
"Thank you, Dadi," I replied, feeling a bit shy under her gaze.
Amaya di came down shortly after, dressed in a casual outfit for her shopping trip. "Ab chal bhi le nalayak," she said, grabbing her purse.
We headed out to the car, and I couldn't help but feel a mix of excitement and nervousness. The fresher's party was not just an event; it was an opportunity to create new memories, and share some special moments with Samiksha.
After dropping Amaya di at the market, I headed towards the party venue. Reaching the venue, I parked the car and took a deep breath. Tonight was going to be memorable, and I couldn't wait to see how the evening would unfold. With a final glance at my reflection in the car window, I straightened my kurta and stepped out, ready to embrace the night ahead.
Inside the venue, I started looking for Tanmay, Kiara, and Samiksha. But before I could find them, I felt a hand on my chest. Turning around rudely, I saw it was Mahi.
This girl...
I was about to say something when I caught sight of Samiksha. She was wearing the red kurti I had gifted her, and she looked absolutely gorgeous. The kurti hugged her curves perfectly, accentuating her graceful silhouette. The rich red color contrasted beautifully with her glowing skin, making her stand out even in the crowd.
Her hair was styled elegantly, cascading down her shoulders in soft waves that framed her face. Her eyes, those captivating eyes, sparkled with a mixture of excitement and mischief. They were a deep brown, almost like liquid chocolate, with flecks of gold that caught the light just right, making them look like they held a universe of their own. They were the kind of eyes that could draw you in and hold you captive without even trying.
