Hellooo! :)

Really hope you like this imagine! :)

Thanks! :) Love Abbey xxx

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It had been exactly four months since you’d last seen Andy properly.  He’d been busy touring America and Europe alongside time in the studio, radio tours, interviews and photo shoots. It had been tough not seeing him for so long; you’d missed him so much. After all he was your best friend…

You had met Andy through family friends when you were six and he was eight. You’d always been really close, constantly together, you’d been on numerous holidays with his family and yours, and they always used to say you were joined at the hip.

You sat on your bed and pulled out the old scrapbook filled with thousands of childhood memories from under it. As you flicked through you saw that ever since your sixth birthday, when you met Andy, he was on at least one photo on every page, if not more. You laughed at the photos of you stood together at the zoo, the beech, the park. You’d been on so many adventures together. Even through high school and college, he’d always been by your side to help you. But the past three months were one adventure he’d had to take on his own.

You’d helped Andy through some incredibly hard times! The hardest was when he was diagnosed with a brain tumour when he was 19. You’d helped him stay as positive as you can be, with the amazing help from his family; it had strangely brought you closer after going through something as major as it was, rather than tear you apart. He’d always been into music; it made you laugh how he was embarrassed about it at first. You were the only person who he’d play for in the beginning, sat in his room playing some acoustic songs he’d scribbled down, but now he played to thousands of people in numerous arenas across the UK.

He’d been away for three months, and yes you’d talked on the phone, skyped and texted nearly every day, but it wasn’t the same… You missed him so much, you ached in places you didn’t know where that deep inside you and had only started to hurt once he’d gone. You thought you were being stupid, crazy and over emotional. You and Andy were best friends and you thought you should be happy for him to be living his dreams not sat being selfish because he’d gone.

The truth was you were scared. You were scared that Andy with his incredible talent and, amazingly good looks to top it off, would be swept away by the thousands of screaming girls along the way. You knew he’d always stay grounded because of the person he’d grown up to be. But that didn’t mean he wouldn’t get carried along the whirlwind of fame; shows in L.A, press conferences in Germany, Meet and greet in Australia, it seemed so obvious to you how he would just…forget…

You didn’t know where all these feelings were coming from, and they scared you too. But you knew you’d felt them before. Always squashed back down by the “Best Friend tag” You had with Andy. But what if this was something more…

You knew, without a shadow of a doubt you loved Andy.

But you now started to question if that love the sort of love you have for a family member that you trust a million per cent and can trust with your life. Or the sort of love you only feel for someone more…someone like Andy…

………

You decided to have a day to yourself at home since:  one it was a Saturday, two your parents were on a weekend away to Paris for their anniversary, three your closest friends were all busy with family or assignments, four it was a storm outside, and five you couldn’t be bothered to do anything but sit cuddled up in bed, on the internet, with a cup of hot chocolate and put a film on.
