God damnit cody

It was a mid December school was out for winter break and the snow was flowing outside, Noah resided inside reading a book curled up in his room with his window open he was never a fan of the cold due to his anemia but he had a reason to keep it open.

Cody did not have the same distaste for cold as noah he loved the snow the way it glimmered in early morning before it was tainted with foot steps and playing tracks, the way it could be molded into a ball while also able to be melted within moments. Every time it snowed he spent his time outside building snowmen and making snow angels enjoying the lovely weather.

Cody always wanted Noah to join him in the snow but of course he was always refused yet that never stopped Cody from asking worried that the one day he doesnt ask is the day Noah would have decided to join him

Noah always enjoyed Cody's determination and the way he came to his window every day to ask it warmed his heart in a way that hot chocolate couldn't he loved the way Cody would plead before giving up and coming back a few hours later to watch movies together and cuddle with hot coco and ark.

Today they both decided to do something new, Noah was in a more talkative mood looking forward to Cody's arrival with his window open unlike the usual days while Cody was in a more playful mood wanting to prank Noah in a small harmless way

Outside the window Cody snuck over holding a fully formed snowball it was a bit of a throw but not one Cody couldn't make as he learned from when he threw pebbles at Noah's window when he confessed

Aiming his weapon he threw the snowball awaiting the thump of it hitting the glass but much to his horror and a tiny bit of amusement there was no thump and instead the snowball entered the room greeted with the sound of Noah's high pitched screech as it landed on his bed right in his lap

"GOD DAMN IT CODY" Cody burst into laughter at hearing that able to tell that Noah was laughing as he spoke, immediately Cody began to climb up the trellis peaking his head through Noah's window "sorry Noah" he laughed as he spoke seeing Noah's face scrunched in annoyance

Getting out of his bed Noah held the now much smaller snowball and shoved it in Cody's face "you are such a dick" they both laughed as Noah helped Cody into the warm room sitting on the floor after closing the window as they slowly calmed their giggles down

"Why was your window open?" Noah shook his head "to make it easier for you to get in this time, why did you throw a snowball at my window?" Cody giggled lightly "to make it easier to get your attention"

They both sighed amused by the situation "i have to put my blanket in the dryer now, set up a movie while i do that" Cody nodded and the both got up deciding to start their snowy day movie time earlier than usual cuddled together in Noah's spare blanket which in Cody's opinion was the superior blanket.
