indelible, adj.
That first night, you took your finger and pointed to the top of my head, then traced a line between my eyes, down my nose, over my lips, my chin, my neck, to the centre of my chest. It was so surprising. I knew I would never mimic it. That one gesture would be yours forever.
Michelle couldn't erase the huge grin on her face after they got off the Ferris wheel. As if their first date since they got back together wasn't special enough, she couldn't believe Anntonia had plans to make it more special.
Her girlfriend just proposed to her. They are now engaged once again, after everything that they went through. Michelle was already planning on asking her, but damn, her fiancée just beat her to it.
They walked out of the amusement park hand in hand, both beaming with pure joy and feeling more in love with each other.
Though Anntonia sneakily and successfully carried out her plan, Michelle won't let that deter her from proposing to Ann. It excites her because she would still do as planned.
"Are you okay, baby?" She felt Anntonia gently tugging at her hand.
Michelle tilted her head to look at her. God, she's gorgeous, feeling lucky as ever for the second chance that was given to her so she could continue loving her.
"Never better. How could I not be okay? You just asked me to marry you, baby." She smiled at her bashfully.
"Well, you seemed so disheartened when I did it." She joked, bumping her shoulder against Michelle.
"I thought you were actually going to turn me down, and you'd say no."
She heard Michelle chuckle.
"Me? Disheartened? That would be overstating it, honey. I'm over the moon happy."
"Good. Does that mean you're going to carry my last name after we get married?" Ann arched one of her perfectly shaped eyebrows, looking at her lover expectantly.
"Sure. I would love to. But we've hyphenated Dani's last name—well, we can have it changed when we get back to New York." Michelle said, lifting her shoulders in a shrug.
But Anntonia shook her head.
"I was just teasing you, baby. I'd still love to carry your last name. I love being referred to as Mrs. Dee." She winked at Michelle, leaning in closer to give her a chaste kiss.

On their way home, the newly engaged couple sat quietly in the backseat of a cab, stealing glances at each other and giving each other knowing smiles. It didn't take long until they reached home.
"So, how do you want to do this?"
"Hm?"
In a trance, Michelle was busy gazing at Ann, just admiring her, adoring how she looked right in front of her. She was still on high after they got engaged a few hours ago. Her long-haired beauty mirrored what she was doing.
