- 𝚂𝙴𝚁𝚅𝙸𝙲𝙴 -

"Kiyaki at your service, Tsukihime." hearing the doors slide open, you stands up to greet the woman in front of you properly.

"nice to meet you, Kiyaki-san." bowing your head, Kiyaki suddenly got closer to you and held your hand.

with a warm smile plastered on her face, "had Himejima-sama told you I will be escorting you to the village to tour you?" the old lady clenched on your hands.

as you felt discomfort, you shrugged her hands off yours,"tour me? just you and me?" placing it to your chest, you tilted your head in question, you know you're not allowed to go out without a guidance from the pillars and Oyakata's permit.

"ah, yes, but do not worry before the decision was made all pillars and kakushis wandered around the village to ask about you if they know you or not, the village is quite spectacular but very safe, and I do guarantee you safety for us." she fisted her hands with a trusting tone in her voice.

"are you sure we should be alone and go out at this hour?" you turned your head to the window, you know it's almost evening, even if it's not time the sky was getting darker each second.

"yes, do not worry, Himejima-sama is gonna follow after us."

scratching your head, you cleared your throat, "uhm, but why just the two of us?"

"so we cannot attract that much people like what happened two days ago." Kiyaki clasped her hands trying to reassure you in ease with her flattering words and smile.

"oh..okay! I trust you Kiyaki-san." flickering your eyes in worry, the old lady grabbed your wrist.

"we should go now." she tried dragging you but you intently stopped her from doing so.

"how long are we going to be there..?"

glancing back at you, Kiyaki snickers, "how long would you like?"

"maybe before the sun sets..?" you responded, you're trying to be that much of a trouble plus you're already a pain in the ass, taking care of you like an infant.

"the night here is very intimidating, we have plenty of time please don't worry that much, Himejima-sama is very strong he will look after us behind." Kiyaki gave you a thumbs up, 'as if a fucking thumbs up would help me ease my anxiety.'

"okay..okay, I'm sorry I'm just kinda anxious about it.." you huffed bravely, thus Himejima once mentioned taking you to the village for a short walk, and maybe he can't catch up and let a maid escort you instead.

"please don't apologize, I know how scared you are but do not fret because we're there for Hime-sama!" Kiyaki chuckled at your expression.

"ehm, should we go now?"

"of course." she nod her head, and so later on, the moment you two got to the village the sun had already set, what you could only think of is your own safety and keeping a tight hold of Kiyaki's kimono sleeve like a child.

as you two walked into a whole new different street, there was glowing lights accross the shops and vendors, countless of people were roaming around the stores, "what could be the occasion?"
