4. Blonde Hair, Green Eyes

After we were done eating, we started to stack our plates and cups. This was something I demanded we did..I hated leaving tables a mess. José got up first, and then he helped Kenli and I up after. He could be such a gentleman sometimes.

Once I was up, I realized my shoes were untied but decided to wait until I was in the car to finish it.

That was lousy mistake.

I walked about 4 steps before tripping on my shoelace and falling right in front of someone. Well, almost fell.

I didn't completely hit the floor and whoever it was had a tight hold of my arm. I looked up thinking it was José but oh my freaking gosh..

It was the guy from earlier. I quickly stood up on my feet and gently pulled my arm back. He let go of me and apologized.

I countered his apology by apologizing and caught up to Kenli and José who were trying not to laugh by the door.

We walked out and I almost fell again..
I guess the man from earlier saw me because he walked out and spoke from the door.

"You might wanna tie your shoes little girl before you hurt yourself."

I quickly turned around and nodded my head, saying okay at the same time. I got down to tie both shoes and then held on to Kenli's hand as we walked to the car.

"How did he know??" I asked, sitting in the passenger seat. Jose was in the back on his phone again and Kenli was driving.

"Well, to be honest Nella, it's very obvious."
I frowned and looked out of the window.

"I don't think so, maybe he just has a good sense about it." I started to draw smiley faces on the window.

"Or maybe, you're so desperate for a daddy that you don't even hide it anymore." Jose said. I quickly snapped my head towards him and made a somewhat angry face. Then realizing who I was looking at, I fixed it and turned back around.

"Cmon, Nella, you can't deny that not having a daddy has been getting to you." Kenli added. "I mean, you ran upstairs this morning because of it."

She was right and I knew it.

"Maybe that guy will show up again and bam you'll have one hell of a daddy." José said.

Maybe..

We arrived back at my place around 6:20 and all piled up in the living room for another movie. After that was done José went home and Kenli stayed the night downstairs so she could leave for work in the morning.

I got dressed in my pajamas and received a text that work would continue in the morning and that we'd have a special guest.

Finally an update after how long?? Who do you think this special guest will be? And how do you feel about Nella and Jose?
