Everett
I'm livid.
My blood's thumping so loud in my veins I can hear it.
Watching Zach swing his arm around Allie is not fucking cool.
And watching Allie entertain his advances makes me want to crush something.
But the plan is going stupidly well. The plan that I made. So I know I don't have a single right to be pissed right now.
Zach throws the ping pong ball and it goes whizzing into one of the cups. "Oof, dare or drink Evie?"
"Dare." The girl next to me purred into my ear and ran her nails across my forearm.
"I dare you to make out with Lola right there." He points to the girl who's currently progressed to inching her fingers closer to my dick.
She grabs my face before I can even respond and pushes her lips against mine. It's harsh and obscene and not in a good way. I keep my hands gripped onto the wooden table.
"Playing hard to get huh?" She cocks her head and licks her lips.
I don't answer her and instead look over to Allie who's not meeting my eyes. She's toying with the hem of her dress, something she does when she gets uncomfortable.
Girl-next-to-me shoots next and claps her hands when the ball splashes into the tequila. She points a finger in Allie's direction and asks the question. To which Allie answers with 'dare', while staring me dead in the eyes this time. As if she's challenging me.
"Alright, do a body shot off of Zach."
No.
Fucking.
Way.
I'm about two seconds away from butting in when Allie mutters a little 'sure' and I remind myself that I shouldn't be feeling this way.
I let out a laugh and run a hand over my jaw. "By all means."
Allie raises her eyebrow at me in amusement while Zach strips off his shirt eagerly.
He sprinkles some salt onto his stomach before Allie pours a shot into his belly button and places a wedge of lime gingerly into his mouth.
"Lick me good." Zach winks at her before she runs her tongue across his abs.
He tips his head back and his mouth parts as Allie bends over, her ass jutting out, to suck the shot off his body.
I don't even try to hide that my knuckles are turning white from gripping the table so hard.
But I fucking lose it when Zach drops the lime and grabs the back of Allie's neck, forcing his lips onto hers.
She rears back in surprise but Zach leans in and tries to get her to continue.
"Zach, stop." I bark, which causes him to back away.
"Hey man, I thought she was into it." He raises his hands in surrender and looks away.
"Which part of moving back tells you she's into it?"
"Hey, sorry dude."
"You're apologising to the wrong person."
"It's okay, Everett. It's not a big deal." Allie forces a tight-lipped smile and picks up the ball. She's trembling for fuck's sake.
Zach lets out an uneasy laugh but there's nothing humorous about what he did. "She said she's fine. C'mon brother, let's not let this ruin our night."
