Exiting the room she had used to sleep in for the night, Sora made sure to leave the door closed before walking away. Looming from behind the wall that separated most of the apartment, soft rays of sunlight welcomed her as she walked into the empty resting area.

The morning light that seeped through the glass doors painted the walls with a mellow orange hue, transfixing Sora who looked down to realize that her skin was also touched by that same warm light. As Sora took slow steps to walk out into the porch, she soon found that one of the few lounging chairs was occupied. Dark brown hair poked out from the top of the seat, one she was sure belonged to Choso since Geto had black hair.

Hearing the sound of moving cars, Sora walked all the way to the edge, passing by Choso in silence before placing her hands against the metal rails to take a look at the sky.

From his seat, Choso grew flustered at Sora's sudden presence, surprised to see that he had only realized she was there after feeling something block the sunlight from touching his eyes.

Blinking away the sensation of sleep that was consuming him, Choso lifted his head and was presented with a full view of the sky completely washed in a mix of soft lavender and orange hues.

It was the first morning sky that welcomed him.
The first one he was looking at.

Completely transfixed by the scenery in those few seconds made both Choso and Sora forget to greet each other but that wasn't necessary. Their minds were completely taken aback by a view they were making sure to take in before it disappeared.

As the horn of a car resounded against the air, snapping them both away from their own minds, Sora looked down to see a street filled with moving cars and people. The numerous amount of street lights scattered across the avenue let people know when they were to move and when they were to stop with just the flick of a color. Upon closer inspection, Sora realized that most of the people below her seemed busy, almost in a desperate hurry while only a small percentage of them trudged along in a relaxed manner.

Done with her inspection, Sora turned around and saw Choso leaning his head backs against the seat with both eyes closed. Moving over to sit on the chair next to his, Choso let out a small sigh before opening his eyes and momentarily glancing at her with

"Geto isn't here, do you know where he could be?" He asked with a tired voice.

"Mahito might know but I don't think he's here either." Taking out the seashell from her pocket, Sora played around with it for a few seconds before tossing it up in the air and catching it with both hands.
