"Master?" I glance at Lily, standing near me with vacant, lifeless eyes. That's what a few months of mine total control do to fragile girls. It breaks them.
"Lily?"I respond with my coldest tone, signaling my disinterest. Why would I be interested? There is nothing left for me to break. She is useless now.
"What is that?"She asks holding a check for 200k I paid her for her soul.
"A check."
"What do you mean? Why?" Her voice quivers.
"Because our contract has expired. And because you have nothing left to offer." I lean closer to her and lover my voice.
"But, Master..."
"Mr. Odium," I correct her, straightening up and taking a sip of my whisky. "I want you to leave, Lily. You no longer have anything to give me. Our contract is over, and you're free from my orders."
"No, Mast... Mr. Odium, please, don't discard me. You know that I'll do anything you want me to. Please..."She pleads.
That's how it always goes with the girls who come to me. They arrive with big dreams and hopes, only to leave with one desire: to serve me, to obey me, to do anything I want.
"I don't want you anymore, but..." I take another sip of my whisky, savoring her anticipation. "You can work for me..."
"Yes! I'll do anything!"
"... as a whore in this club." She freezes."Take it or leave me. I don't care anyway. "
She swallows.
"Okey, I'll be your whore," she says.
I chuckle.
"Oh, no. You won't be mine anymore. I don't fuck whores. You'll be everyone's. Everyone's good girl, ready to spread her legs for their pleasure so your boss can profit. Isn't that right?" I smirk.
"It is."
"Good. You know where to find Stella; she'll show you around and tell you what to do. Good luck with your new job." I chuckle and stand up to leave, leaving her with a look of sadness in her eyes. I turn back to her. "Oh, and one more thing: I don't want to hear anything from you or about you except that you're keeping my clients satisfied. If you don't manage that, I'll have you thrown out of here. Understand?"
"Yes," she whispers.
I head to my office, leaving Lily behind with her new reality.

I watch as a young woman enters the club. Her innocent white sundress starkly contrasts with the grimy, dark atmosphere of this place. She's out of place here, in a club frequented by those weary of life but too weak to end their misery. She stands out among the other patrons—too innocent, too naive, too fragile. She is bright, like sunshine. Just the way I like it.
I approach her as she searches for someone, and I overhear her asking for directions to my office. A slow smile spreads across my face. It seems I've found my new doll.
I return to my office, waiting for her arrival. After a few minutes, I hear a knock on the door.
"Come in."
The door opens, and she hesitantly steps inside, stopping just inside the doorway. Her eyes quickly scan the office, as if trying to make sense of where she's ended up.
