Due to the nature of Mr. Kwang Dae's notes being scattered as it is after all, an unpublished or yet unfinished document, I was unable to completely piece together the following parts of last weeks' story about the Preanger Luna, although I promise to you all that I shall piece together the scattered parts and give you all the full story of the Preanger Luna.

Speaking of which, Mr. Lee Kwang Dae himself reached out to me a few days back, proposing an idea of a collaboration between the creative and investigative minds of La Tulpe. He stated that he is interested in my unbiased approach and wanted to make an institute of sorts to preserve the history of this country by the whole truth from all perspectives.

I shall write again soon to report on how this meeting goes.

On a different note, my contract with Mr. Seltene Fische is at its end, he felt as the reports I gave to him had proven enough to unveil the truth behind the revolution, although I myself feel like there's still more to this revolution. As I had predicted, it may be that Mr. Seltene is looking for the background information on the Athens company's alliances as all of the reports I sent him have only scratched the surface of their dealings.

17th of October.

Early Morning.

Cafe das Piloten,

Karriewej Street, La Tulpe,

Yavva.

Lee Kwang Dae had proposed a meeting at Cafe das Piloten located in the interior of Karriewej St., La Tulpe.

Of those present at the meeting is Mr. Lee Kwang Dae himself, A journalist named Veira Pratama, Yolanda May, a Biologist and also a close friend of mine, and Jason Maximilian, a lawyer.

This collaboration has been an idea first proposed by Veira and Jason, as a way to preserve history in times of turmoil, the idea that the collaboration must consist of people from every possible background and ideology, seems rocky as a foundation.

Although Jason said that each and everyone present isn't too fanatical of their own ideology, this was corroborated by Veira as he did background checks on all of us.

Seeing the assembly of people and their occupations, I see why Veira was able to deduce such an image of us, and I would say that he is very perceptive indeed. As each of our own professions requires a degree of neutrality to flourish.

– –

Little note of each character present at the meeting;

Lee Kwang Dae is of an alignment towards the revolutionaries and gangsters, especially those of the Gabriels.

Jason Maximilian is of an alignment with the royals, as he is seen working multiple times under the paycheck of the elite and socialites of La Tulpe.

Veira is the neutral one, with a little hint of inclination towards the civilians and to some extent, the revolutionaries, but still questions some of their more extreme methods.

Yolanda is more concerned about the preservation of the nature that surrounds La Tulpe, ideologically neutral, but a small hint of inclination towards the royalists.

The discussions were short and to the point, what are the goals of the coalition, why was it made in the first place, and how would we achieve those goals.

In short, we have covered why the coalition was made and what were our goals, to spread the story as objectively as possible towards the masses and record every happenings around the city to make sure it wasn't lost to history. As for how, each and everyone of us has our own platforms, Lee with his stage plays, and Veira with his journalistic articles.

A surprising turn of note however was the proclamation Lee made.

That Mr. Seltene was under his payroll all this time, and that my work done for him is to prove that I could be trusted to document everything correspondingly.

That and the fact that I could unveil the truth should the need arise, and let the masses decide whether it is right or wrong.

Yolanda was tasked to report on the effects of everything happening in the city and its surrounding areas to the natural ecosystem of Yavva as a whole, so that we could warn each faction against destructive campaigns. And Jason would cover the legal side of things, he had sworn to put the coalition before any other job he was offered, no matter the amount of money. He felt that the wellbeing of the whole nation is currently at risk, which is why he decided to make this coalition.

It is then later decided that our coalition should be called the Bureau of Archives, as we aim to preserve history and prevent further collapse of the society around us.

17th of October,

Cafe das Piloten,

Noon.

Lee had given me a writing he had done about a few days prior reporting of an incident near the Highlands, he believed that this story may kickstart the Bureau's birth, and asked each of us to report on it in our respective platforms, Jason took a look at it, and approved of the project and we set to work.

That concludes the meeting of the "collaboration" or as we now call it, the Bureau of Archives. I really do hope that this movement could go forward and make a change –maybe even broker out peace in the civil war– in this lovely city of ours. For now, the story of Preanger Luna may wait a while as we cover together this story Lee has written, he said that it is based off of a true story in the heat of the battle between the revolutionaries and the mercenaries –notably Lycan and Glaciers– paid by the elites.
