WAKING UP TO rob carrying out breakfast for them she sighs softly. " can we take this outside? " maxine asks softly, nodding rob went outside with ma. following quickly behind. they sat over by the daybeds, there was obviously an uncomfortable tension luming over them and rob was brave enough to break the silence.

" i know you said you wanted space and no breakfast but- " rob starts but maxine hushed him. " i know, just forget it f'now. i don't wanna ruin our sweet little breakfast but we have to speak about what happened last night. " she tells resting the bowl on her lap, nodding rob swallows his breakfast.

" yeah of course. " he tells.

" it went well, i enjoyed it. but, it'll never take away from us and what we have, i do think i want to see her again just to smooth things out with andrea. " he tells making she nod playing with her bracelets.

" i'm obviously not surprised, you've made it clear to me last night. it's just that i'm just disappointed because it feel like you don't want this relationship as you hop from bombshell to bombshell quicker than you change your clothes. " maxine explains, biting her lip nervous. rob would speak up but would be cut off, " no let me finish, please? " she says calmly.

nodding he listens - he was shocked that max was being so calm about everything, he would only expect her to freak out on him. but what was unbeknownst to rob was that maxine expected rob to want her to lash out. " why aren't you screaming at me? you're just so calm? i thought you'd be more shaken up by the news? " he expresses making her shake her head.

[ beach hut interview ] " wow does rob think that low of me? but why am i not surprised, i give him a show - cry hysterically, become sick thinking about him and i need to grow a pair. "

" why would i? it's love island after all, it isn't just about one connection - you gotta talk to everyone to find that one true connection. " she explains making him nod, " yeah, it is. you get it - that's what i like about you maxine, you're always cool about this stuff. " robert tells, his words made the woman feel like she was back in high school again and she secretly got rejected by her high school crush.

" yeah sure. " she laughs humorlessly giving him a tight lip smile. maxine skipped out on finishing breakfast with rob and went back to the room. " don't follow me. " she warns making rob swallow thickly.

entering back into the room max saw jaNa and leah sharing the bed, smiling she rushes over to the pair. " room for one more? " she asks gleefully laughing they nod, shifting over they made room for maxine to squeeze in. " there's always room for you babes. " jaNa gestures making maxine laugh climbing into bed with the two of them.

plopping herself between leah and jaNa she smiles. " good morning my beautiful best gals. " she tells making them smile.

" where's rob? " jaNa asks shaking her she put her head in her hands. " outside. " she sighs, leah frowns nudging maxine's shoulder. " how are yall? "

" we're still not at are best again. " maxine states rolling her eyes. " but what do you expect? " she laughs humorlessly, nodding leah gasps seeing andrea walk out immediately once she heard the news. " it's like the woman has super hearing and runs towards rob's every call. " leah snickers making them all laugh. " she's obsessed and it's not a good look, it's giving me a severe ick. " jaNa adds making maxine shake her head.

" but you can't deny the girl is ambitious. she knows what she wants so that has to be something. " maxine admits making jaNa and leah look between each other shrugging. " guess so? "

" anyways do you guys wanna easedrop on andrea and rob? " leah suggests, and of course jaNa was going to go along but now it was up to maxine. " i dunno, kinda wanna hideout. " she trails off but jaNa shook her head.
