Auther notes: so quickly I want to say that my writing style has changed to the same one I wrote in my original work. "Seven Nights of Terror." An original work made by me, and a story inspire by the Nijisanji drama including other things. A story that I recommend to you guys, and I wish for you to share with others, if you want to. Other than that, enjoy this chapter.

A day had passed, (y/n), Regis, Axel, and Doki all walked together through the unknown woods that held the harmless and the dangerous creatures. Yet that wasn't what they were worried about as they knew there was a much more dangerous monster that had awaited them at the city named Ryukyu city. Regis walked in front of the group with his phone in hand, the phone that held the map to where Ryukyu city is located. With Axel walking behind him and while (y/n) and Doki walked next to each other behind Axel. Each step they took, they stepped on a dried leaf and stick, creating ruffling and cracking sounds, disturbing the sound of silence between the gang. It's only been a day since what had happened to Zachary. Someone who took them in and was there to help both (y/n) and Regis, someone who cared for his family. Only to be taken away by Zen, just the many other lives that Zen had taken with a sigh of regret in his cold lifeless eye. Regis was quieter than a leaf hitting the ground, as guilt had completely consumed him, he was practically drowning in it. The weight of Zen killed a majority of the village he called home, and now someone that was taking him and the team in, and while emotionally helping him. Both of them had died in front of his eyes, and there wasn't anything he could do about it.

Though (y/n) doesn't the same amount of guilt that Regis does, (y/n) does share parts of it, as Zachary was a man that had helped him understand that at the end of it all, he should appreciate those around him and that if you do look for freedom, the feeling of sharing that with is others is truly a great feeling. Especially when it came to Doki, at least in (y/n)'s mind, he wasn't sure about the other two, but so far they were great to have around. Though his relationship with Regis was based on feeling hatred for the same guy, he wouldn't deny that having Axel around was pretty great.

Regis kept on moving forward to wherever the map had told him to go, not wanting to waste a single second that could be used to reach Ryukyu city, where he knew Zen would be waiting for them. Regis stare at the map, all while Axel stare at Regis with worry in his eyes, as he knew that Regis was at a worser spot then ever, though only slightly calm about it thanks to (y/n) and Laura, but Axel knew that getting rid of such guilt and trauma wasn't that simply, he knew that Regis still blamed himself.

"Hey Regis." Axel called out to him, however Regis did not answer him. He simply continued to stare at his phone, staring at the map. "Hey Regis." Axel called out for him one more, slightly louder than before. This time, getting his attention. "What?" Regis said as he slightly looked back at Axel, slightly taken aback by Axel sudden interruptions. "You good man?" Axel asked Regis with a worrying voice, to which Regis just shrugged his shoulders. "To be honest with you, just barely." Regis spoke with honesty with Axel, who just looked back at him with a worried face. "I know what happened isn't my fault, but I can't help but blame myself anyways. I just can't help but to feel like I could have at least done something, even if the results weren't going to change." Regis said with a sense of guilt, though he's been told multiple times before that what happened in Fatun and to Zachary wasn't his fault, yet he can't help but feel like at least trying, even if it doesn't matter. Axel looked at him for a bit, understanding why he felt like that, since it was better to do something then to do nothing. "Regis." Axel said. "Don't worry about it Axel, I'll be fine. I just don't want to talk about it too much." Regis sternly told Axel, who just let out a sigh. "Okay, I'm here to talk to you if you need to." Axel sternly said back to Regis.

As the two walked with each other, both (y/n) and Doki had walked with each other. (y/n) staring right in front of him, as his mind was focusing on getting to Rykyu city. Which Doki herself had noticed, especially after what happened to Zachary.
