Return of the Big Four (A Rise of the Brave Tangled Dragons Story)

Chapter 1: Warning Words

(3rd Person P.O.V) (1 year after the previous book) (Four Seasons Island)

It had been a year since the four had sealed Pitch away, they settled into their roles just nicely, they even named thair new home 'Four Seasons Island' and it caught on with the other guardians pretty quickly. Jack and Rapunzel became closer than ever, so much that one was never seen without the other, they even got married in the Warren with North officiating, and have been going strong ever since. As for Merida and Hiccup, they were still going strong together, but they weren't married, Merida still thinks she isn't ready yet, and Hiccup promised to wait until she is ready, they have forever anyways. Jack was still the prankster but he calmed down over the autumn, since he was afraid of Merida's fire arrows. Rapunzel still paints the entire clubhouse, she made it look like an artshow for the gang. Hiccup made a ton of new inventions, among of the few thing he made was a compact mixer for Rapunzel, a wind machine Jack, and some Light Fury armour for Merida. Merida wasa still the same brave princess, but she learned to control her temper thanks to Rapunzel and Hiccup, even though Jack tested it many times. All in all, they haven't changed much in this past year.

Hiccup and Merida were in the stables washing their dragons, Toothless was rowdy and splashing Hiccup, while Luna stood still as Merida washed her. "TOOTHLESS! Stay still!!" Hiccup said as he washed Toothless's face. "Where have Jack and Raps went off to?" Merida asked as Luna dried herself off with her wings. "I don't know, Jack told me that Rapunzel's bringing a good Spring before Summer hits, I'm excited" Hiccup said honestly. "Ever since they got married, they're never apart" Merida said. Hiccup just laughed as Toothless eventually calmed down enough to be washed, he waited as Hiccup dried him off with a towel Merida sewed, "I didn't know Toothless hated baths" Merida said, "He one of those dragons that loves dirt, I guess its where those three get it from" Hiccup joked as the Night Lights were playing in their pen, Toothless laughed at the kids, they were staying in the pen to keep them safe, since they never grew up for over 300 years. Soon the viking and princess heard familiar laughter, "Uh oh, looks like they're back" Merida said. Jack and Rapunzel landed in the stables, Jack was carrying the lost princess like a bride, and they were giggling like kids, but the giggled turned to laughter with Toothless spraying water at them. "Whoa! Yeah we missed you too" Jack said as he got sprayed, Rapunzel laughed as she pet Toothless, who purred in return, Pascal squeaked as he crawled from Rapunzel's shoulder her hand. "We picked up my art supplies from the tower, And we also found a huge mound of blue flowers" Rapunzel said, Hiccup's eyes widened. "Are they blue oleander?" he asked, "No. They're bluebells, Jack's favourite" Rapunzel said as she placed a pot by the window. Hiccup breathed a sigh of relief, "Did you see any northern lights?" Merida asked, "Nope, thank Manny" Jack said as Baby Tooth flew out of his hood, she squeaked confiming Merida's suspicions. "Jack even checked on the hole we sealed Pitch in, nothings happened" Rapunzel said. The group all breathed a sigh of relief, Rapunzel set Pascal on Toothless's head, the chameleon squeaked at his best friend, and Toothless laughed at the Chameleon. Luna purred as Baby Tooth squeaked at her, the fairy was looking at Luna's wings, "Sorry we were gone for a few hours, we found those targets Merida wanted, and this" Jack said handing Hiccup a book, "The Book of Dragons, thank Thor" Hiccup said.

"Is that the book that you wrote in? I thought you brought it with you" Merida asked, "Yeah, I realized I forgot it, so I asked, Toothless and I wanna venture to the Hidden World to find new dragons, its been awhile" he said honestly. "You never stop don't you" Merida said, "Not so far" Hiccup said as Meridaeskimo kissed him. "Hmm, did you meet anyone that hated dragons?" Rapunzel asked. Hiccup sat down, "One still haunts me to this day, his name is Drago Bludvist, he killed my father" Hiccup said. Jack cocked his eyebrow, "Undo it, undo it" he said quickly. Hiccup smiled, "It's alright, its the same guy that made him become the new Alpha" he said pointing at Toothless, who was scratching his back with a wooden pillar. "Right, so how did he kill your..dad?" Jack asked, "He had his own Bewilderbeast, which he used to control the dragons, Toothless included, he made Toothless kill my dad" Hiccup said, on the verge of tears. Toothless nuzzled to him in apology, "Its okay bud, I know it wasn't your fault" he said petting the dragon. Luna nuzzled to Merida, "He got me too. and Luna, I would've given him what for" she said as Luna roared in agreement. "Yeesh, you need to chill" Jack said as he made a snowflake and flew it to Luna's nose, making her sneeze. Rapunzel was just reading the book, "You wrote all of this? It's incredible!" she said, "Well, I am the Guardian of Knowledge" Hiccup joked. Soon Hiccup started writing again, but the words turned to wind and flew away, "Just to help a kid with a test" he said.
