Francesca Winters is a part-time hiker, Often expressing her love for nature to everyone she meets. Of course, she had a job, as a bartender in a nearby area. 

She was a rookie in bartending, only starting the job a few months prior to visiting her brother, Ethan, in a small town where he and Mia had settled after the "Incident." Francesca had often asked Ethan about what had happened then, but he refused to tell her. When she went and asked his wife, Mia, she lashed out at her. 

Eventually, she stopped asking about it and brushed it off as a sensitive topic for the two. Shortly after moving to Romania, they had a daughter named "Rose." Upon hearing this news, Francesca decided to stop by for a visit unknown to Ethan and Mia, so you can imagine how they felt when she popped up at their doorway on a random, now below-freezing night.

"Chessie?" Ethan looked confused but his demeanor warmed after she explained why she had come here. With a single-hand motion, Ethan welcomed her inside the house.
